I hate to hear that for Mahomes. Stuff like this is why you hardly see quarterbacks running the ball anymore. Even if they do, they're sliding almost immediately. Panthers fans should ponder how lucky they were to have witnessed a guy like #1 bullrushing defenses as long as he did. I don't think we'll see another for quite awhile.

It’s so different the way quarterbacks are treated.

with Cam when he had a hard time after MVP,.. Cam this, Cam not, Cam aberration, Cam hate.

Holmes— the team let him down, the team gave no protection, the team sucks, the team the team the team, Holmes is a God failed by his team.

its just crazy how much the media controls the trolls.

I have him in my competitive Dynasty league with my buddies..

 

His rookie season when he was behind Smith, I traded for him in a sneaky way... you cant be like.. dude.. what do you want for mahomes? if you show intrest like that you are gunna make the guy you are trying to trade with think.."why does he want him.. let me research"..and before you know theres a rejected trade offer, that or hes gunna milk ya..

 

so at the time I needed a WR... so Im like hey man, Ill give you Hunter Henry for Jarvis Landry and another player.... (I was deep at TE and had good TE depth, I had Evan Engram*who went on to have an all time rookie season for a TE).... hes like.. "Ok, who else"... im like "ehh.. theres not much else i see That I like..  maybe if you throw in mahomes we can get this deal done but I would need to think".......        accepted trade the next day.. lol MAhomes was trade target all along mother fugers!!!

 

If only I could manage my life as well as my dynasty team that leads the league in scoring and is in 1st place out of 14

      I don’t know about floor in a team defense sense but we needed more.  The floor that I am familiar with is our QBs floor and it is so low that every other part of the team needs to be beefed up.     We tried our best to improve these things and I think we did improve the defense and we at least kept the offense  from sinking from no LT.  And ostensibly helped the receivers too.   So we kept a window open that we at least have a chance to improve our record by a game of two.  Which would probably give us the division.

      Yeah. I am one of. those who think a JAG RB can eat with really good blocking. (Brooks is most important in my mind, in tbe passing game and that is what we’ll lose without him)  There are a lot of aspects to this. The big one that caused us to struggle is Young and his arm scared no one.  Best back, best blocking still cannot defeat a really good defense if they are not forced to respect the pass.  And teams did not.    But, a strong OL and running game Can get us over against weaker defenses.  And if Bryce still doesn’t scare anyone we can still win some games. Like last year  So it is really important to tend to that OL.   Get that straight and see if in his fourth year he can finally back defenses off. That is what if is all about this year to me, on the Bryce front.
