Yep and then Marty will pick players with cancer and other crippling deficiencies rounds 2-7 and the star first rounder will be driven to dust by the staff because we have no good players

Thing is he gets these guys because he likes their stories or because they interviewed well. 

Thats what you get when you hire a media guy to do a general managers job.

Luckily Ron is gone and Marty will be a glorified GM (hopefully). I have a surprising amount of faith that Just the Tepper will hire the right HC. The kind that could have cemented Cam as a first ballot Hall of Famer instead of Shula’ing him.

I already posted a topic on panther draft position.  It’s going to be tough to get into the top 10 and best case scenario is probably 8th with having to have a lot of right.  As of now we are 11th and likely won’t improve anymore this week.

The Panthers are at 80% this century

That's over 10 times the expected frequency you should expect from the top 10.  It's extremely difficult to draft Hall of Famers, anywhere in the draft.
