I'm not entirely sure Burns is going to be fine.

He's a good player, but he seems to get injured more than I'm comfortable with.

I don’t get why people say Burns is only a 3-4 player. Get him in the weight room this offseason, tell him to add 20 pounds and I guarantee he lights it up. Can’t say much about Little, already has two concussions and has played poorly all year. 
 

Still don’t understand the Grier pick, you already have one developmental qb on the team and you draft another one? Seriously Hurney, WTF

Daley could turn out to be a steal if he can get better,  need better coaching.

Hurney had Grier as the 3rd best QB in the draft, ahead of Kyler, and had Little graded as a first rounder.

hurney thought grier was bpa and could be a great qb of the future clearly.

And once we fix this DL with guys who are worth a Dam, the 3-4 will be fine.  

This plus pulling Burns from playing all the special teams play will make be big.
