I saw the actual clip.

Sounded like he was about to say, "we can win with anybody" but switched it to "another quarterback" at the last second.

I just saw the Winston interview and he knows and I agree with him.  Cut out the turnovers and he is elite.  I don't think you can win consistently with him but he can beat anyone if he is on.  Or lose to anyone.  5100 yards is a lot though.

He has all the ability in the world to make every throw...it's just he makes terrible decisions.
