But besides obvious choices like the Chiefs and 49ers, who are the teams you could see making a serious run at the Super Bowl next year?

I think the Bill's could be a dark horse to make a run in the afc.  I think McDermott has built that similar to the panthers when we were successful under ron.  In the nfc, look for the rams to rebound next year.  I also think ther 9ers will have a slump because again this loss felt like the panthers 2015 loss.

The usuals will be in the mix (Seattle, Ravens, New England, New Orleans if Brees comes back, Minnesota, Philly). 

 

I think the Chargers have a very talented roster but suffered from injuries this year. If they can find a QB to plug in they can make a run.

As much as I hate to say it the Cowboys have talent. Can McCarthy get more out of them than Garrett? Maybe.

Also, the Dolphins were pretty good the 2nd half of the season. A couple more pieces and a new QB might put them in the mix.

Redskins go to SB if Haskins makes a jump or if Skins trade for someone Ike Cam.   They are loaded with talent on defensive side and have Del Rio.
