Problem is people have been blatantly lied to by those in power and the media. Their credibility is shot. Politicians went overboard trying to look the part of being concerned about public safety while in truth being only concerned about their political liability.

Add in the media sensationalizing their reports just to get clicks instead of actually reporting what was really happening. "Reports" of overflowing US hospitals and a regular person live streaming from the same place and the parking lot was empty. Happened several times out here I saw personally.

Then sick people were refused testing, hospitals were caught lying about causes of death, and most people have been sick and it could have been the flu or coronavirus, no way to know. The numbers have never been accurate or even close so there is that also.

This has been botched from the beginning, especially in the US where everyone wants to be in the spotlight, truth be damned. Now the same people are screaming believe me, I wouldn't lie to you AGAIN, and this is the result.

People refuse to wear masks because they don't believe what they are being told.

I can think of one person right off the top of my head who has been lying from the start. The same person who has handled this as poorly as you could imagine. The fact alone that he is not advocating for a mask or wearing a mask really should give you all the inclination to wear one.

We'd be pretty dull not to know who you are talking about, constantly, without ceasing, in every conversation about every subject.  Parenthesis not needed.

If you are fortunate to have a company allow you to work from home - what do you think the odds are that we will not be returning to the office the rest of the year?

Extremely high. Almost certain at this point.

The next question is, what are the odds you’ll ever return to the office? Lots of companies saying they are going to keep work from home arrangements.

Dude will have to be seriously put on suicide watch if Trump wins. If somehow Trump could magically come up with a vaccine tomorrow for coronavirus, this guy would find a reason to crap all over it.

Trump is the 45th president. 4 + 5 = 9, which is the number of lives of a cat.  CAT backwards = TAC.  TAC = Tasmanian Aboriginal Centre, which is in Australia. Anagram of Australia = Ultra Asia.

Ultra Asia? Umm if you STILL don't believe Coronavirus was artificially created and leaked deliberately by China in order to eradicate most of the global population so that they could emerge as the leading superpower, secret cure in hand, then WAKE...UP...SHEEPLE! Ultra Asia is right around the corner and you mask-wearing idiots are too stupid to see it!

Jesus died at age 33, there's thirty-three shots
From twin glocks there's sixteen apiece, that's thirty-two
Which means, one of my guns was holding 17
Twenty-seven hit your crew, six went into you

Here is the big issue and why I have been asking about the lag time.

Average deaths per day for week starting:

May 9th     1472

May 16th  1252

May 23rd   987

May 30th   945

June 6th    776

June 13th  654

June 20th  567 (only 5 days average)

So if protests started when average deaths per day were 987, and 2-3 weeks were the lag time, why are we still going down?

Again, is the lesser strain what is spreading like wildfire?  Are mostly just people under 50 the ones "out there" and getting positive tests?  Were the Italians right that the virus is losing its punch?  Numbers are numbers and when you follow the numbers instead of the shame and hysteria, it gives you pause.

@ Four Corners, it is okay that the death numbers are going down as Trump will probably still lose.  You can be optimistic now.

Hospitals are learning to deal with Covid 19 better. That is why deaths have decreased. They learn new things every week in treating people. When it first came out they put people on respirators much faster and it turns out that was doing even more damage.

It's not just Trump that has lied from the beginning. Remember Pelosi advocated for everyone to come join her for the party in Chinatown because it was safe.

Politicians from both sides have poo the bed with this and the really sad part is the common sense solutions that normal every day people were using before the shutdowns are now mandatory for reopening.

Maybe, just maybe, we aren't as stupid as the media and politicians have made us out to be.

Trump has less of a chance of creating (or having anything to do with) a vaccine than you do of suiting up at quarterback for the Panthers next season. Think about that for a moment.

also, as someone who has lost a friend to suicide, I can assure you it’s not as funny to joke about that as you may think.EAD.
