Why the do we NEVER GET ANYTHING for our guys! They walk away and we are always left with peanuts. It just never makes sense to me. If someone could explain logically I'd appreciate it.

Jonathan Jones says that we would be lucky to get a 3rd round pick for our MVP. And all of the guys we have lost in free agency and moving forward plus the guys in the past we just never get any ROI on any of them. Why is that?

Because Tepper knows nothing about football and has kept Hurney in charge.

What do you expect for a player that has not played a full healthy season in years and who we are not even sure will ever be 100% again?

We're getting comp picks most likely for everyone else and quiet frankly the people leaving I have almost no interest in signing for what they are signing for

It's rebuild time, again, what did you expect? We have tons of shitty contracts we are still paying for and it's the time of the rebuild where we dump

That's what I'm getting at. I don't fully understand the contracts and how they work and would never attempt to act like I do. If we trade Cam for a 4th is there anyway to get anymore comp picks if he performs? How does it work.

Or do we just get a 4th or whatever they're willing and then move on to the draft.

We'll get lucky to get a 3rd because the rest of the league knows how badly the FO wants to get rid of Cam. They dont have to jump up and offer a 1st for a guy they know may just be released when we sign Bridgewater.

Announcing on the teams social media that they are "allowing Cam to look for a trade" was a mistake as i takes all the bargaining power away from our side. Dont be surprise when we dont get anything for him because Hurney and Tepper are fuging idiots.

Did you see yesterday? We made a couple of shitty signings as part of our "rebuild"

Could you imagine the uproar if we traded Cam to the Pats for a 3rd and they won the SB while we ended up winning just enough games to pick 3rd or 4th in the draft and get to sit there and watch Lawrence and Fields go elsewhere while we forlornly toss another rotting bag of garbage into our dumpster fire?

    • I thought this presented an interesting point. It is fair to wonder now, about switching the two QBs as so many tried to do that first year where Bryce was trash and CJ looked great.  It is almost the reverse scenario now and I wonder what CJ would look like here with better weapons better coaching and better protection. Overall, compared year one.  If each player had been in the other place for the three years. I would love to see CJ with this team now.  Just to see.
    • I really have no clue what to expect sunday.  To quote one of my favorite bands of all time, Operation Ivy "All I know is that I dont know".  We could win, hell we could win convincingly, we also could lose in blowout fashion.  We could be in a back and forth game with whoever has the ball last winning.  I legit HAVE NO CLUE.  This isnt the dominant bills teams of the past, Allen is still elite and can win any game by himself.  That said, heres my stab at looking at things. Our defense is made to stop this kind of team.  Strong against the run, a great corner but meh talent around the field.  We've stopped prolific run offenses this season.   Javonte Williams - Season low yards and ypa against us. De'Von Achane - Season low yards and ypa against us Breece hall - 3rd worst yards in a game Fact of the matter is, we arent what we were last year, we are a good run defense and that lines up well against the bills, Stop the run.  For once the lack of moving Jaycee might be a good thing, he will essentially lock down a side and without multiple real weapons thats fine.  Buffalo does not have an elite guy, theyve got a gaggle of average dudes.  Allen will stay away from Jaycee, it will be on Mike Jack and Chau Smith Wade do to their part and they will be matched with guys they can play at the level of. On offense, we do what the bills are bad at.  We run the ball well, and they suck at stopping the run.  Rico and Chuba will need 30 carries.  Andy Dalton will need to be opportunistic.  My big fear is what we learned last year, Dalton can get overconfident and make bonehead throws.  Its this simple.  Run the ball, stop the run.  Dont turn the ball over.  If we do these 3 things, we will be in a position to win in the 4th quarter.
    • This makes me wish we took a flyer on Quinn Ewers late in the draft
