Hats off to Drew Brees for helping N.O.

New Orleans is going through a terrible time and will be the epicenter of this virus within days. The poor folk are having a hard time with food and the city itself is running short on food supply. Brees and his wife donated five million dollars to N.O. to provide 10,000 meals a day for the needy.

Regardless of how you feel about N.O. or Brees, this guy steps up and has done a great thing. No doubt that he cares about his city and the people.....good job.

Good for him. I got nothing against Brees off the field. He’s a stat padding loser on the field but a good guy.

This pandemic is a much bigger issue than football. We're losing jobs, our economy is going to take years to recover and people are dying. Good for Brees doing his part to empower and feed his community.

The hate Drew Brees gets is so unwarranted. He's as good a dude as there is in the NFL. Good on him, and I'm not the least bit surprised.

I always have liked Drew Bress. I remember when the chargers were letting him go, I wanted the panthers to snag him. He has always seemed like a sincere guy and he proves it over and over again

He's a good man, class on an off the field.  Exactly the type of man you want your franchise QB to be.  Hopefully all that time Teddy Franchise spent under his tutelage will carry over here.

How about buy a small manufacturer in trouble economically and switch them over to making ventilators.
