So what will Tepper's expectations be next season?

It is pretty much a given that Teppers was ok with losing this season. But what about next?

 

I highly doubt he will be ok with another step backwards. I feel like he has to see some improvement in the record, 8-9ish wins then a playoff run in 2022.

I dunno man how long is Rhule’s contract? I doubt he’s putting expectations on the coaches until year 3 after dishing out all that money to get him.

My thoughts are we have exceeded expectations this year thus far and as such Tepp will likely look for a quicker turnaround than originally anticipated.

Going .500 or better to pushing for a playoff spot should be a minimum for 2021.

2022 should be the arrival of the full Matt Rhule Panthers.  They should be in the hunt for the Super Bowl and beating good teams.

I dont think Rhules job is even starting to be questioned yet. Team was fun to watch competitive and looks to be dangerous down the road. I feel Tepper is about right where he wants to be if he was being realistic about this season.

Hurney should be fired for the atrocious 2019 draft. Outside of Burns and getting one decent season out of Dennis Daley, that was a shitshow

Rhule contract is 6 years right? Tepper gonna give him 3 years to see results. Not Super Bowl results, but atleast a winning team.
