Read the article...makes a lot of sense. This is true: “The Panthers owe it to him in the offseason to get McCaffrey healthy, sign or draft a big-time tight end and solidify the left tackle spot in free agency or the draft.”

We've also had much worse olines over the past 10 years than this year. If you compare them, this line is probably one of the better ones we've had this past decade. Which isn't saying much, but still. Teddy has had many opportunities to make bigger and better plays and just hasn't. It's not the line's fault.

Oh Lord, no.

Taylor Moton is the only guy you can consistently count on. The rest are mediocre at best, terrible in some cases or only good "when healthy".

Having CMC or not doesn't effect decision making.  The way he ended that Vikings game....and really a lot of games this season.  The decision he made at the end of the game today.  He had guys open down field and he checked down.  It doesn't matter who was running the routes....he had guys open down field on 4th and 8 and took the check down.  He also has held the ball way too long all year and has taken sacks at the worst possible time.  Those are mental errors.  Not on the guys around him.

LOL no help for TB these hacks always crack me up...he has the best offensive weapons we have had.....Cam with this lineup and we win our SB especially with the literally 1000X OC than the one we had too.

Olsen being the only outlier that you'd want but Cam with these 3 WRs and you woudn't need him with the OC we have now like i said.

QB aside, the oline and defense aren’t even enough to even be remotely competitive if you got by the last two decades of football.

But the fact we will have such a high pick in a top qb heavy draft, doubtful we’ll be in this situation in the coming years so you have to get a QB imo. He can always sit while the rest of the issues get fixed up and more experience.

Objectively speaking, improving the offensive line, adding a weapon at tight end and getting McCaffrey back healthy definitely makes it easier for Bridgewater. That's obvious.

Suggesting that those things give him "a chance to show that he's a franchise quarterback" though?

Eeeehhh, no.

He's not that, and he's not gonna be.
