Curtis Samuel has performed well this year, making threads like this one and this one oh so fun to revisit. :Eyes_Emoji_42x42:

Robbie Anderson has also been a solid player for the team.

With Curtis being an upcoming UFA and Anderson costing $12M next season with only $4M in dead cap if he is cut: IF the Panthers find themselves in a situation where they have to choose one or the other, who should they go with?

(fwiw I think there's enough moves that the Panthers can make to retain both as well as Moton)

We need a QB that can actually get the ball to Robbie deep and also to DJ Moore...we have great deep threats and duck arm TB at the helm...
The answer then is it doesn't matter if TB is the QB either one of them can do a slant route as good as it was to finally see this team figure out that is an actual football route that is ran by football teams it was basically the only pass TB can do with any consistency.

I loved how we were able to show Rivera and Scott Turner how Samual is supposed to be used. 
 

Rivera has had to deal with more dysfunctional front offices than most, but none of that has to do with player development. I’m honestly curious to see how he does without Cam, though I’m not really rooting for or against him.

No, how do you come to that conclusion lol.
The question is curtis or robbie? I said it doesn't matter which one with TB as your QB it's all the same and you gonna come up with some cut both lol.

Just get used to these dumb comments derailing every thread from now own.

Both guys had career years yet.......

I don't see it as a choice between Curtis and Robbie but between Curtis and Taylor Moton. In that situation I have to go with Moton. I don't want to lose either but I feel utility offense players might be a little easier to find and less critical than a solid experienced young O lineman.

If you were looking at it from that perspective genuinely than you keep Curtis over Robbie. Saying it doesn't matter isn't looking very deeply in o the scenario.

      Wonder if we draft a RB. Seems like a lot of eggs in Brooks’ basket right now.  And the OL, no kidding. If that running game goes to hell with what we have at QB, you can forget competing. It is so much more important than sticking another wideout on the field. Take your wideout later.

      I have lots of different thoughts on it. This argument, the primary thing is I don’t like seeing him or anyone, being convicted on hearsay and/or pure speculation. Which some are doing.  I don’t care That much about defending Morgan as I do about the criticism being fair minded.    You sort of assert that Dan was just a yes man. I don’t think we know if he ever pushed back against Fitterer but I have this instinct thing that needs me to satisfy the question of: if Tepper was so down on a Fitterer as to fire him, why in the world would he hire his carbon copy? I guess maybe he wanted a yes man.Like I said, lots of different thoughts.     I am just not gonna judge him that harshly based only on speculation. I am sticking with what he has done starting when he was hired as GM. Maybe I am more lenient because the first season for him and Canales, I gave both a pass. If you can get to the reality that neither were ready for the job and say okay give them a year get their feet wet, it looks a lot better.    And we are not bound to Bryce yet. Yes, for yet another fuging year he can probably marginally improve and slide by like he has been doing. But if they add even more people and he regresses? I think we could see some relief.    The QB room? As I understand it, Pickett was Canales’ choice. If we need to blame people for poo. In a sense, he is very Bryce like. So makes a good plug in. I get that a little bit. We still have the draft. If they do better than Jake Plummer or Hooker I’ll know they are trying.
