Interviewing personnel people is a lot like interviewing coordinators.

How much credit does Eric Bieniemy deserve for the Chiefs successes or failures as opposed to Andy Reid? Same question with Fitterer, Carroll and Schneider. There's just no way to know.

We'll find out once he starts building a roster.

With our flat structure, even then, it will impossible to decide who is responsible.
