Unless we draft a QB we plan on playing day 1, or trade for starting QB, or get a 3rd pick or more, or blatantly tanking - eating up 10m dead for TB for butthurt spite will be a bad move.

Great we can easily find a QB who will push it downfield but unless he can win games or he’s basically free why waste more cap money?

I don’t see any QB there at 8 you’d want to start right away....

I’m definitely not saying TB is even close to being desirable, but the contract is already done, no reason to double fug ourselves because of it.

Will be interesting to see what the plan is....or if there even is one.

      I'd rather get a vet to fill XL's spot for a chain mover and give Jimmy Horn more reps since he's basically our Ted Ginn speed guy. T-Mac and Coker are locked in as the top 2. They honestly fuged up giving XL the start over Moore in the playoff game

      I have been looking for a dropped pass list and all that comes up is QBs. And team stats. When I do receivers I get the passing stats for a handful that threw passes this year.    I wanted to be accurate but anyhow I was looking because thought I remembered reading where T Mac had more drops than XL this year.  One of you many smarter than me people here,I would appreciate it if you know how to pull that up, please do. Thank you.    And yeah I know that isn’t all there is to it I just thought it was interesting.  Of course what the hell is a drop lol.

      I agree with this and I think it's worth mentioning too that Bryce is not consistent on his placement and especially velocity and that in large part is driven by his footwork. We all know XL doesn't have the best hands and I don't know that he can overcome that. Cam always had the heater that just hit your hands and sank into your grip, where Bryce has some that are harder thrown, some soft. Bryce stepping into a pass looks so much different than that hop throw thing he does. I think XL really needs to hit the jugs machine and start learning how to catch all these different touch passes. TMac and Coker don't have these issues. If XL doesn't get some work in he's going to be out of the league in the next couple of years.
