Couldn't have done better in the draft

Unless they gave up the farm to move up and grab a QB. No guarantee that would have happened. Then what do they do? The guy is 24, can throw the ball 80 yards and played with a bunch of JAGS. We have no idea what thus guy can do with some talent around him and decent coaching. 

He can start on day one and make the offense his own. No sitting on tte bench for a year or two before he is given a shot. Whats the problem????

Build the Oline this draft and let him play.

This is a good way to look at it.  He's an upgrade from Teddy and more than likely an upgrade from whomever we would have drafted as well, considering we would have been getting the table scraps after a QB feeding frenzy.

If he makes it past 5 he's either a Lion if hes their BPA or a Panther.

In every mock draft simulator I've done I've taken at least one Tackle and Guard on offense, and a CB and S on defense. If we could come away with a draft like this with similar results to last year's draft I think we'd all be happy. 

A WR at BPA somewhere in the 2nd or 3rd is also understandable bc we all adults here and know sometimes you gotta take the value.

If we can get lucky and grab Penei Sewell, and find a OG/C in the middle of the draft ooh wee mayne I like the shape of the OL going forward. 

Hit on a couple of studs in this draft like last year, and this is quickly becoming a well-rounded team for either Darnold to prove himself into leading...or to attract a big fish if Darnold flounders.  Josh Klein mentioned Rodgers if his relations with the Packers goes south.  Would be nice to follow the Tampa Bay game-plan (words I never thought I'd type).
