He was doing so good until He stated this....

He admitted that he did not do due diligence here.  He needs to slow down, do his homework, and refrain from stereotyping.  Loved his enthusiasm, but he was slurring over details---had too much to say.

Yeah and said terrace was just a very good athlete in his cons?

terrace had a 9.94 RAS score. 15th out of 2480 wrs since 1987 lol. He’s an elite athlete. Someone that big running a 4.38 40 is insane.

And if you mention a player dropping due to medicals, explain them.

The best advice I could give him is to not wear an FSU t-shirt in his videos.

I will say that we do need to temper the athletic ability of this class since all the numbers are pro day numbers and not combine numbers. I can’t remember who posted it in one of the draft threads but there were a bunch of 9.9+ athletes all over the draft list of players not drafted day 1 and maybe day 2. Well that would mean that there were a dozen+ guys in day 3 that are top 40 or so athletes over the past 35 years. That’s too many amazing athletes in one draft and coincidentally the only draft without a combine.

They are likely still very good athletes but not top of all time.

Yep. Pro Day times are often much better than Combine times. Sometimes suspiciously so. Remember when Funchess ran 4.7 at the Combine then magically ran sub-4.5 at his Pro Day? Sure...

    • Everybody made too much of that. The CBA and the 17 game schedule is what kills the cohesion we see in teams across the league in the opening games.  You decide, look at your depth and make informed decisions there or you get a an extra quarter or whatever two quarters with your ones.  Teams that are set don’t have those openings as much down the roster to evaluate but that ain’t everybody. It is a quandary. I think they need that 4th preseason game back. But as I said, I don’t lay that as the excuse for Bryce to come out looking like he does to start seasons. He has an entire camp.
    • Hey I said the 1pm west coast team, I said the up down up down and we were due for the up week.  You can’t know what is going to happen. There was a guy that detailed why the league would engineer a Panthers win to bring LA Rams back to the pack in conference standings.  Who really knows, and how much real belief do you have when citing these things? I generally have as much as my superstition allows. It rarely rises to an emotional experience. Usually it is more analytical. In terms of interest. When crazy poo happens and we win a game like today I for sure enjoy it.  I mean you have to think about it, how many times do you connect 2 4th and short situations for TDs? Who does that? That is like the most embarrassing thing for the Rams’ defense lol. That never happens and should never happen.  Expecting it to happen might not be a good plan. But it was pretty great
