We recently moved into a fairly popular uptown condo building in Charlotte (tons of Hornets, Panthers players here) and as my boys were swimming Cameron Erving came by with his kid and nephew.

I must say, very impressed with Cameron as a person, he was talking pointers with the kids, wants to watch one of my son's football games and even put his number on my cell for us to keep in touch as we both live in the building.

Wished him a healthy season first and good season second and thanked him for being AWESOME around the kids.

As a side note I ran into T. Marshall recently, that young man is Michael Irvin Jr waiting to happen!

next time you see him, let him know we need pics of his dad wearing Panthers gear

    • The good thing about replacing a bad player is you really have nothing to lose. If their replacement is bad so what, you didn't get much worse and probably saved money.
    • I came over from the old Panthers Insider site. When Fox Sports bought that platform it slowly just started dying plus the guy who ran that site was dealing with some pretty significant health issues so the whole thing just slowly fell apart. Quite a few of us migrated over here. Not sure how many are still around.  I miss that place. It struck a nice balance of having enough active posters to keep productive conversation flowing but didn't have so much traffic that you end up with a lot of trolling BS. This place is getting there though since we shutdown new registrations but at some point we're going to have to open it back up or we'll watch this place slowly die off too as posters fall off for one reason or another. We just have to figure out a way to filter out the spam bots. It was a never ending battle to ban the spam bots to keep then from overrunning the site. You'd think they'd be a little more strategic. I mean, if you fill a site with nothing but spam people are just going to stop coming so it's not a sustainable model. But nope, every one of them makes dozens of duplicate threads filling up pages upon pages as soon as their account goes live.
    • lol...I don't remember that.  Although recalling what I had for breakfast yesterday is sometimes a challenge.  Hope it was a positive thing.
