Is the season done already?

YES

That was a crucial must-win preseason  game against a playoff/winning team in another division, in the other conference.  We had to have it.  And Rhule, that idiot, sat the starters because there were ABSOULTELY NO  injuries.  No one gets hurt in preseason games, Cam was faking those years ago.

Damn offensive line looked like swiss cheese.  Our QB must have been hit/sacked 100 times.  They were running for their lives.  If only we drafted offensive line in the first 3 rounds because Horn didn't even play, and Marshal, Christiansen and Tremble were TRASH.  If we had gone with my mock-draft offensive line players for the first three rounds instead, and played them today we wouldn't have been sacked once.

Do you think Rhule is in the hot seat with Tepper?  I knew his college style wouldn't translate.  When can we get rid of him and Fit?  Then we can get whoever I wanted.

Fields looked good the other day though.  Maybe we can work out a trade.

And yes I had to put the tag there because some of you think like this.

Truthfully, when you trading for Sam Darnold...does your season really ever start...

Ok, that was my last hot take....I kid, I kid... 😆

Darnold sucked yesterday too.  He cant even stand on the sideline right.  The guy looked like an idiot.  I can tell you now we're going to lose  6 games just because of his sidelines presence.

Any overly positive or negative reactions from watching 90% of players who will be riding the pine, on special teams or cut is absolutely hilarious.

As I stated in a other thread, we may have never played a more meaningless preseason game in franchise history.

If you are crowing about being right about anything at the moment, you are probably just kind of dumb.

Yes this is a parody. Yes this is how 49% of the huddle is acting right now about LT. Yes you're being way too dramatic. That is all.

I'm not going to be a do and gloom poster but I have to admit left tackle is extremely important and has me pretty concerned there. If LT is a disaster this year I can guarantee the offense and Sam Darnold (who I'm not at all convinced will be the answer) will be in some serious trouble. I don't have the answers though. Perhaps in the last couple years we haven't seen what we believe to be a solid LT worth taking in the draft position we have been in at any point of any round. The whole LT situation is concerning if you are a Panthers fan for sure.

    • lol, that second part is quite literally one of the dumbest things ever. Having or not having guaranteed contracts has absolutely nothing to do with how much these billionaires have to pay.  Because there is a hard cap and a minimum cap spend requirement, and teams either use their cap or roll it over to use it all the next year, so the owners have to pay the same amount of money in the end no matter what. Having fully guaranteed contracts in the NFL would only hurt salary cap management, and thus would end up screwing over the team and its fan base when teams kiss on signings as they take up cap room that is needed to improve the roster. Look at the Browns with Watson, they gave him the fully guaranteed deal and all it’s doing is sucking up massive cap space now.  If they hadn’t done that, the owner would still be paying the same amount of money each year as that cap space would still be used elsewhere. If you want to argue for fully guaranteed contracts because the players deserve it, that’s an entirely different argument and a fair one to discuss.  But anyone against fully guaranteed deals isn’t doing it to argue for the billionaire owners.

    • Ryabkin could be the steal of the draft, he was a Top 10 pick heading into last season and had a rough year.  Lots of GMs passed on him because of that and his workouts. Pick has really high upside and Svech should be able to translate Rod tearing his arse a new one for making dumb plays since Svech has had several years of it.  🤣😂
