I say the blame goes to the GM, in this case its Mike Browns daughter since shes the chief contract person. The bungals don't even have a person listed as GM, cause that would cost more money to pay them. I've heard they also pay scouts the least among teams too... This is just classic bungals having a repeat like in the "old" holdout days. They were the worst team about holdouts too........again blame the GM daughter. The deal is I believe she is just doing what Mike Brown wants, to save every penny possible.... Mike use to send her to owners meetings too, iĀ bet she flew coach on southwest.... -

Because they think he's gonna bust and they want to be able to wiggle out of the deal. Everyone knew he was boom or bust. I think something happened since the draft that makes them think he's a bust.
