Daniels looked like the only think holding UGA back from competing for a championship this year against Clemson.

Yeah I am going to disagree.  Do think Bennett might be better for Ga but they win the natty this season regardless.  Ga is the best team

Corral was really good (except Arkansas and LSU) last year too. Leaving him off a list of college qb's is a big omission. We don't need a qb this draft though.

I honestly didn't think of Corral when I made the original post but not because I didn't think he was a bad QB or anything, I just forgot to add him to the list.

If Sam Darnold continues to play well, I agree, we won't need a QB and I being cautiously optimistic about him. I made the post before the season started.

They all seem like second half of the first round guys, which is great since Atlanta and NO might both be pigeon holed into drafting one and none of them scare me. Like, I think most of em (Rattler, Howell) are worse than Baker Mayfield and not Joe Burrow types in the least.

Willis is probably qb1 bc of Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson's recent success.

Willis is at best 6ft.  Nowhere near Allen or Lamar

    • Taking only players from the sheet that are realistically available in or after the listed round, I’d like… 1st: DT Caleb Banks (Styles not realistic) 2nd: LB Jacob Rodriguez 3rd: OT Best available from Bowry, Barber, and Casey 4th: CB Daylen Everette 5th: S Jalen Huskey 6th: RB Adam Randall 7th: IOL Best available from Lemieux, Dawkins, Leausa, and Brose   I know nothing about some of the players listed, but it seems like that would be the best way it could fall for now. I’m sure the list of who we meet will change a ton, and there will also be players we don’t meet with to keep quiet. I’d love to pick up Randall in the late rounds.
    • Not what I said. They know within the building why we aren't utilizing TEs more. If the rumors were true that we were seriously pursuing a couple of decent receiving TEs that strongly points toward a lack of quality receiving TEs currently on the roster. Does that mean we consider drafting one at 19? I don't know, but it wouldn't shock me and if we did there's only one guy it would be. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see TE drafting somewhere in the first three rounds.
    • Yeah, I don’t know. Tepper was behind the Bryce selection. Behind firings and hiring over his lack of development.  He doesn’t have to literally tell them their hands are tied for them to know this. It is in the air constantly. The Canales Bryce play calling was even portrayed by more than one person as Canales failing Bryce, instead of Bryce being responsible for his own performance (except when he does well, then it is all him). Now they have an extra coach in, to help the new OC get results from this QB.  The atmosphere is not welcoming to prototypical young QBs that have talent. You get Jake Plummer types or old vets. I think we are stuck.
