What happened to our D in Dallas?

Is this dude really trying to say that a blown call that led to a Dallas touchdown was not a factor in the loss of a one score game??

I’m saying you get up and fight like hell the other three quarters. You don’t lose momentum and become demoralized by a bad call that early in a game. I’m sure people on here agree but won’t admit it.

Lol there is NO WAY I'd be anywhere gloating if the Panthers won the way Dallas did (or I'd be ready to rightly eat poo for it).  You seem to lack some (self?) awareness.

Right but that 245 yards on the ground and 433 yards in total on our defense says they stepped on our necks. Hopefully this will motivate our guys to go on another win streak but how we looked in the trenches is concerning for any Panthers fan that knows their history.

Except there is no history for this Panthers team. It's brand new. The personality of this current team is still being formed. They've made changes/improvements every week so far. I do think this poor defensive performance was a case of 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it' and then the Cowboys broke it, and there wasn't enough time to fix it. We were competitive in the first half and in the 4th quarter. We got our lunch stolen in the 3rd, and they did enough damage there to basically seal the game. Rhule and Co. will have to figure out what's going on with this team always struggling after the half and adjust quicker going forward. I believe they'll do everything in their power to make that happen.

Burns was neutralized by holding. Reddick took a beating and was neutralized. Shaq was completely neutralized by a combination of blocking, holding and having to assist in passing routes. Brown was just beat up like a young kid stuck between a group of grown men.

Henderson has been here long enough to have a cup of coffee and learn a few teammates names. Bouye's first action of the season and who knows if he understands the defense yet.

On the Cowboys side, Zeke Elliott woke up and was the bruising back he usually is. Pollard was running well, too. Dak didn't have the day the stats show, but he found the right man enough times to make it work. Their o-line, when they weren't getting away with holds, was just mauling our guys. And we can't frikkin' cover a skilled TE with this personnel.

They had a better game plan than we did and they played hard. Refs were bad and that bounced in Dallas' favor. Still we kept answering the bell and wading back into the fray. Congrats to the winners and good job in defeat by our guys.

The Eagles will be facing a wiser group of Panthers now, ones that have taken a hard punch and gotten back up.

Please come back to me when the cowboys actually win a Super Bowl. I know your pathetic fan base is still living in the 90s. I don’t blame you. If my team was irrelevant for 20+ years after the glory days I would live in the past too.

If the league and refs cheat for Dallas, why haven't they been to a Superbowl in over 20 years???  Bandwagon fans only hop on to winning teams...  if thats the case, the Cowboys haven't won in over 20 years so how can their fans be considered "Bandwagon" fans??  With that said, there are Panthers fans making excuses as to why they loss today....  the same thing you've accused the Cowboys fans of doing when they lose.  Do you care to explain these baseless accusations???

I'll wait....

Why haven't the Boys been to the Super Bowl in 20 years? Because they've choked multiple times.

I don't know if the Panthers would have won or lost without those blown/missed calls. I do know that those calls definitely influenced the outcome of a 1 score game. I don't care if we lose to a better team. I'm good with that. I do care when blown calls that lead to points or injuries are just brushed off as insignificant. Horn was hurt last week after a blown PI call kept the defense on the field. This week a clear fumble wasn't reviewable and the result was a score.

Get the calls right for every team. As much as I hate the Saints, that blown non call for PI in the playoffs shouldn't have happened. Games can swing on 1 or 2 plays, especially turnovers. Get it right.

History was in reference to one or more units being manhandled by a good team and the reality that we can scheme around some of that but the personnel are what they are. We feasted on some bad teams that's what we were supposed to do but we have to figure out our process against better opponents if we're to have a winning record in the back half of our schedule. If you look at some of the numbers we should have won. TOP we had the ball 33 mins in comparison to their 26. Both teams had 24 first downs they converted 3 third downs we converted 4. We were 3 for 3 on fourth down. But what cooked us was giving up almost 250 rushing yards and our qb getting sacked 5 times. We had no deep ball game to speak of. We can work around some of the oline troubles but if we keep letting good teams run on us like that it's going to be a wrap. I've seen that story with past Panthers teams and it doesn't matter how good the coach is your roster is your roster. We need to start scoring more points we have weapons. Even the Eagles have been dropping 30 points this season and we have yet to do so and we had CMC. I feel for Sam it's a tough situation but he and Joe B gotta get this offense opened up.
