Really starting to question that Robby extension. Hopefully he gets it going. It just seemed like Marshall was drafted to allow us to let Robby walk.

That’s why I questioned it from the top. He was excellent last year in the short to mid range routes. We are sending him down the field nearly every play now. Gotta him involved but that takes cutting his route length.

    • I was working at circuit city at the time and we all watched the Panthers and rams game on the big tvs in the TV section. No one was working.. Customers weren't buying. We all just stood over there watching OT
    • Both teams were not expected to be great before the season - in fact many people thought we were screwed when Kelvin Benjamin blew out his knee in training camp. First three games were not impressive either with the wins coming in close games against Blake Bortles, Ryan Mallett and Luke McCown. Josh Norman's pick 6 in the first game and the amazing leaping pick in the endzone of the third game kept us from potentially starting 1-2. Week 4 was more defensive excellence with 4 picks of Winston. We really didn't start looking like the favorites until the Seattle 4th quarter comeback.
    • Bryce and Canales were always staying regardless of the result tomorrow or last week. We've just had by far the most successful season of the Tepper era. Not a high bar, I grant you. But why would anyone think Tepper would fire the only coach or cut the only QB to take the team to the playoffs since he's owned it? As much as some people here want one or both of them gone (and I agree with the Bryce criticism to an extent, not as much on the Canales hate) it was never realistically going to happen regardless of what side of the debate any of us come down on. Oh, and "classic average Panthers" won't likely get us to .500 next year with that insane schedule.
