I think we could all agree the Watson thing from the league punishment perspective has been bizarre as ***. Like he's not suspended or commissioners list or nothing.

So is the evidence lacking or what b/c if there was proof of the more egregious poo how could there possibly be nothing done...

Most of what Ive read says he goes on the exempt list as soon as he's traded.  He isn't yet but supposedly will be l.

You trade for Watson and you start him. You force the NFL to do something, and see if they back down. If the NFL makes him exempt, then you get the NFLPA involved. If he stays exempt, then you plan for next season with a franchise QB. If the NFL backs down, then you plan for a possible SB run.

Yea but what does that have to do with anything. If someone is punishment worthy then you punish them yea? What other situation has been like this.

Neither is anywhere near good but the women I know would rather get bopped in the face a good one than....well yall know so....like if you piece up a women its quick and easy punishment but if you....then it's self benching?

My maff ain't adding up here.

I don't understand how everyone keeps saying "Miami has the picks to pull this off" - they dont... The Eagles do, but not the dolphins. The Dolphins dont even have their own first round pick this year, they have the 49ers pick. They will have to trade this year's draft picks and next years draft picks to pull this off. The Texans are not going to want Tua back in exchange either.

It's a weird situation for sure. I don't have an answer either.

Yup, and that seems so much like a Tepper move.  And honestly, judging from his reaction during the game on Sunday, I wouldn't be surprised at all of he is pushing for this to get done.

100% facts.  Watson been playing behind a poo line (outside of Tunsil) for years and still makes it happen.

Imagine Watson and CMC comes back. You kidding me? And that young defense figures things out? Yeah I like our chances of unseating the Bucs. Watson doesn't need great protection, and the o-line looks worse than it is with Sam holding the ball and missing passes getting us into third and long.

    • I could be waaaaaaay off about Kon. I do fault myself into, to borrow a NFL phrase heavily "RAS" nerd on players, too much. There are PLENTY of athletic freak shows that are playing overseas(or Amazon delivery) cause they never figured out NBA ball. I can easily miss seeing the talent. Plus did he only have 2 dunks on the season??(is that for real??) I didn't watch over a few hours of duke, but not one point did I think "That Kon guy is a top 4 pick in the upcoming draft". IMO I still foresee Ball bringing the ball up, doing his weak isolation game and never even looking for Kon. That's his best trait according to everyone, shooting right? I do not see ball, bridges, miller or even williams making the extra pass to Kon for him to shoot a 3.  Then defense-wise, Im not ready to type the amount of questions I foresee in his ability for guarding NBA SGs or bench SFs for that matter. Not that NBA players care to defend, but still..... I just feel he's a bad fit for the current hornets, trades are taking place tho... Liam to me is a decent comp for Kon and he fell some, but was a 29 overall pick. Still around 13-21 was the good solid range for Liam and I thought the same for Kon. This is just a classic case of I need to see it. It add to this, Kon is like garlic. Ball is like sugar and Miller is like flour. Mix it together and chef Lee is not going to get me to eat that dish..... Honestly I don't know why Im this vocal about Kon. In past years I would be patience and not post and see what the kid has. The other side, insert classic white boy terms here- _____, ______, _______< etc >. Hornets do desperately need them. His crafty back door cuts, his willingness to stay a extra 2 hours to refine lees plays, keep playing with bruised limbs. I heard from many reports he's mentally tough and hornets by all gods need that. God they are such pussys.  I hope Im wrong and if so, I will give Kon his just props.
