I don't like Willis but the college list jives otherwise 1-Corral 2-Strong 3-Howell 4-Ridder 5-Willis...but wouldn't necessarily consider all 1st round.  Corral, Strong, yes.  Maybe Howell and Ridder.

The vet/FA list is scary bad/if not even less appealing than the often panned draft class.  There's next to nothing there.

Rather than kill the QB o' the Week, why not work on getting an oline first?

Well I'm sure we'd still be able to get an OL or two if we acquire the like of a Nick Foles.  I can't see a single one of the FA QBs getting north of 7 mil/year

Meh, I'm not saying I'm some guru but I personally don't see it.  He's got the tools and good in the moment skills when forced into pressure but I don't see much more than a Case Keenum type.  Could be wrong but for not having the accuracy of Strong or Howell (who both have great arms), the quickness of a Ridder or Corral, he needs to be perfect and is coming from a quick throw, 1st read offense so there will be a lot of adjustment.

If we're talking pure QB skills, Strong would be a top 1st rounder most drafts (knee injury is the concern), if we're talking overall potential, then gotta look at Corral.

    • He was so much fun to watch as a player but is a prototypical example of the old "never meet your heroes" adage. Great player, not a great guy.
    • Look.... if us BY "haters" give credit about his GWDs...... Will the BY stans also have honest discussion about the 55minutes before the last 5 in which BY has put up 9/20 for 78 yards 0 TDs???
    • The way they are handling now is how they should have handled it from the start instead of that you get a series, you a get a series. Let Chuba spell until he had some of his step back.  We definitely could have put a better showing against Buffalo and their weak run defense had we employed the same game plan we did against Green Bay. Saints were determined to stop the run and make Bryce beat them, Atlanta had similar plan and the coaches and Bryce were able to respond.  Rico although didnt have the best rushing game was vital in the passing game and his catch and run help get us into the redzone there at the end of regulation probably should have been a touchdown that out of bounds was a judgement call it wasn't conclusive and thus should have went with the original call on the field.  Roco brings that dawg to the offense that it shorely lacked up until Miami game. Interesting it was his call that help seal the win for us, glad the coaches were listening. Hope they can get a deal done and run it back next year.
