Somebody had to stir the poo, and he is just the guy to do it.  We need more of what we got today...  it's the reason Meyer ended up getting canned - because the media kept pressing and stuff kept leaking exposing just how miserable and insufferable he was as a human being.  They kept digging and finding more and more examples of how he was creating a toxic culture within their building and in their organization...  one that made them unappealing, both to the public and to prospective employees.  And that could not be allowed to continue.  

It's clear in the product on the field and in the pressers, just as it was with Meyer and the Jags, that dysfunction is pervasive and evident in every aspect of this organization.  The same forensics that pointed to Meyer's failings time and again are evident everywhere you look here with Rhule - the difference has been, we haven't had the hard-hitting, damning first-hand leaks to corroborate it and get the ball rolling on getting him tf out of here.  Now, some of that was Meyer's fault, speeding the process up himself, bc players like Lambo, who was the nail in the coffin, were jilted and had no incentive to keep quiet about their experience.  Also, the lapdance incident and then the internal leaks he was forced to acknowledge all cumulatively resulted in his undoing.  We are just now starting to get the first-hand leaks and seeing the cracks in the outer facade.  But, with Person's report, it is speeding the process up, as we needed...  we just need more of it.  Because it is putting the pressure on Tepper, much as the media did with Khan, to acknowledge his mistake (Rhule) and move on from it.  We're on the precipice of what we need with this report breaking on the heels of his worst presser ever where he awkwardly compared himself to Jay-Z and cited a Fresh Prince meme, while telling the world his process is working, we're just too dumb and green to see it...

Keep it up, Joe!   We need you, big dog!

I honestly came out of it thinking the opposite. While it wasn't great, I felt it could have been much worse for Rhule. Person Sprinkled just enough positive anecdotes to try and keep it balanced as opposed to an expose of the dumpster fire that has been created.

I agree he was trying to be balanced, but the comeback answer to Robby Anderson's question by itself was burn unit worthy.

I agree. We've all seen Joe stumble haphazardly through practices and ask endless idiotic questions in pressers, but good for him on this one. Exposing the embarrassments of a billionaire that owns the team you make a living covering when no one else will is walking a dangerous line in terms of your career. Good for Joe.

No one believes or cares what Robby Anderson thinks. That dude is the player version of rhule. Getting paid way more than he deserves for a job he sucks at.

Yeah. Robby had a chance in that interview to really step up and catch some of the flak that should have been deservedly coming his way, but no surprise, he dropped the ball.

      Not totally inaccurate, haha Except that kid wasn't as excited as I was.  I was yelling louder, and more, and running around the room in circles until I almost passed out from exhausting and was trying to catch my breath for a good 10 minutes because I'm way too old to be doing that, LOLOL Oh, and I tweaked a muscle in my shoulder from all the punching the air I was doing too. For as awesome as that pick was for me, it really screwed me up for a few days between my shoulder and lost voice (Wrexham securing back-to-back-to-back promotions Saturday afternoon contributed to that though too).

      Full disclosure and the real reason.... I'll be seeing my Nephew in basically one month from today, and while I've gotten him stuff from my other teams the past year, I hadn't been willing to saddle him with Panthers stuff yet, that's now changed lol. So if the jersey would get to me before I see him, I'd get that and him his first Panthers onesie/shirt so I can get a picture of us together in them. If it wouldn't get to me by then, I'd just wait to get the one I prefer.  So yea, my rush is really just about trying to get a picture of myself in it with my Nephew in Panthers gear too.
