Best NFL weekend ever?

What were all the defensive coordinators smoking this weekend?

Never seen so many blown leads and sub 1 minute comebacks in my life.

It was wildly entertaining though. Losing teams fans must all be on suicide watch. Such brutal loses and Insane wins.

Honestly glad the Panthers had nothing to do with this. My heart and liver couldn't have taken it.

Nobody cares about your post count and such. You just start threads at an alarming rate just being thoughtful

Have you met Sizzlebuzz?

And for the record, I've started exactly two threads tonight: this one and the one about overtime rules. Does two threads constitute "an alarming rate"? 🤔

Bottom line though, I'd rather talk about football than talk about me.

Great? Absolutely. Rodgers and Brady being knocked out made it even greater. Honestly, the only blemish is the Bills being eliminated which likely means another SB win for the Chiefs but even that isn't something I'll complain about.

Don't think the Rams could give them a run for their money?

That was our bread and butter in 2015.  Go up by 20+ in the first half, then put on the brakes and make it a sweat inducing fourth quarter.  That poo gave me so much cardiac stress.  Allen had a great game so I felt bad for him that he didn’t even get a chance to score in OT.  Great games all around.  I love Joe Burrow so I’m pulling for the Bengals to pull off a miracle run

It's not so much that the Rams wouldn't be able to challenge them but the Rams also did just about everything in their power to give that game away today. I doubt they can get away with that with Mahomes.

    • I don’t remember Mills from the USFL days just when he was in NO.  But when you saw Smitty it screamed oh yeah, this guy has something. Immediately. So, have not seen anything that dramatic with Young. All I know about him says he is solid with his character and smarts and don’t see a lot of that translating into screaming he really has something. I think the people that say he could possibly acceptably run an offense designed around him, with top flight talent in support, are probably about right. But I can’t see any Pro Bowls or lofty accomplishments in my crystal ball.
    • I thought I read they’d still be there but as a backup in case of malfunction.  So it’s not so much a goodbye as it is they’re being sidelined (I’ll see myself out)
    • Their forecheck is relentless because they are so physical and heavy.  It’s just a perfect mashup for how they play. Florida before Paul Marice played just like us. Speed but with finesse.  Paul made them but into playing heavy. They went and got players that added to that style he wants and it works.  Plus they have the best goalie in the league.  That helps more than anything. The canes have got let Koochie be their guy he will never become the star that most think he will if rod keeps sticking with vets that flame out.    1. Koochie or a Soros type player  2. Switch to zone defense  3. Get heavier.    like I said, I love Rod. Best pro coach ever in the Carolinas sports buy he is holding us back with his philosophy and style.  He is the reason.  He can change all of that with decisions.
