It may not be far off.

I've described Fitterer's role as basically director of college scouting. I suspect Morgan will function like a director of pro scouting.

But no, neither of them have final say on who stays, who goes, who gets paid and who doesn't.

I was not against bringing Thomas Back. I like how he has become a better blocker and he as always had potential to develop into a decent receiving option. The fact that we are giving him over 8m in guaranteed $ seems stupid though. Has he earned that? Not IMO.

I do not understand this move at all. I thought the whole point of drafting tremble was to move on from Thomas and now you resign him for 3 years? I thought the Jaguars overpaid Manhertz, but we doubled his pay for someone who is not much better.
