Nice job at the reverse psychology.  Cheering on the rapist while I make parallel to it.  No, Watson didn't drug his victims, it was pure intimidation.  Now what ya got??????

Guess he should've drugged them first. Would it have made it better?

And all the Rhule bashing needs to stop...

Rhule's third year history, now add the fact he has Watson.

Case closed, Tomorrow looking good, Thursday morning you will wake up a different team t

Rhule is one of the highest paid coaches in the NFL.  Rhule earns his bashing.  He has been a joke to date.

Oh..........well, got nothing else, lol!  Yes, rape is a serious charge and at least one the victims claims she was penetrated against her will.  But hey!   Watson is an above average QB!!!!

No, every NFL locker room is realistic about injuries and the future.  They shut down CMC and we weren’t going to make the playoffs.  Amazingly the defense finished 2nd overall.  Sometimes is better to wait till next season.  Every team quits mentally when they can’t make the playoffs.  Sport is way to tough to risk your livelihood for pride

The offense was so bad under Darnold it sucked the life out of the team and they were sleepwalking. Darnold gets hurt, they signed cam, and everybody got a huge hit of that drug and played their hearts out for 1-2 games. That high wore off and they went back to just going through the motions. And most of that time they were IN THE PLAYOFF HUNT because the NFC was so bad.

Ron and Fox both had teams that didn’t quit late in seasons.

so not every team.

Both teams didn’t go anywhere and both were in the hunt.  Our team didn’t quit on defense but our offense was so bad it didn’t matter.  The team wasn’t going anywhere last season,  game over

No doubt Fitty tried to complete mid season.  But it was clear we weren’t contending soon after that.  I like the moves even now but a let down of everyone knowing it isn’t working was inevitable

panthers weren't eliminated from the playoffs until week 15 last season. In a blowout against a division rival with the season on the line.

And Rhule benched Cam after 1 tipped pass INT as soon as he possibly could get Darnold back on the field and the team was like F this

you said all teams quit when the playoffs are out of picture.

Ron and Fox both had teams that finished strong even when they weren’t going anywhere

    • Honestly, it only makes sense if you're trying to chase being the best bad team you can be this year. The number one question we need answered this season is whether or not Bryce is our long-term franchise QB. Trading away a second year WR who was second on the team in catch percentage, first in yards per target, and who clearly outplayed your 1st round pick for a likely one year rental fill in LB is exactly the type of short sighted desperation moves that has made us the worst franchise in the league under Tepper. We gotta stop making these types of moves and just focus on building a good organization and a good roster. Lloyd is a JAG LB another bad team and awful defense is wavering on and a couple of Panthers fans are salivating over him. Oof. We just need to be patient and wait. Definitely make some calls around the league to teams deep at LB and see if there's an opportunity to add one for a late round pick. Definitely shop the waiver wire hard. The reality is that LB is almost certainly going to be a weakness for us this year. We weren't fixing our entire roster in one off-season and we're not fixing an overall weak positional group in late July.  If you trade for Lloyd LB is still a weakness and you've given up a young promising WR who could potentially help you answer the question of whether or not Bryce is that guy. That's bad football business.
    • I think it's because we've had a player to hate on NO (Breese) and Atl (Ryan) while Tampa had Winston who was never really a threat or dislikable like the other 2
    • yeah. it was also reported that Brown was taking it light today because of oblique soreness. Sounds like the 2 of them were a bit too rough with each other for practice.
