He had a QB who got away and threw the ball away when Ekwonu consistently got beat against the pass. Couple that with the rest of the OL being worse against the pass rush and not having to face top edge rushers makes it easy to see why Ekwonu's sack total was not as bad as his pass blocking at LT.

He will be moved to guard eventually. Christensen and Erving are better pass blockers unfortunately. 

We're still going back after Deshaun Watson at some point, right? 😐

"if you're going to go against one the Bosa kids, which is going to be a tough fight, you want to have your technical side down because they're bringing technical stuff to you, but if you're against defensive end that relies more on his athleticism, he [Ekwonu] will be fine. He'll be able to win because he has the movement and NFL strength and size already."

I know I don't come on here as much due to the constant moderator-led "I hate Fatt Rhule" crybaby circle jerk. I'm probably not the only one. If we consolidated all the whining to a high estrogen sub forum, it would probably help. I'm not sold om the guy, but dayum, it's been 2 seasons. I used to look at the Jets forum when I needed a laugh. This one is currently more embarassing.

      I went to McDonald's at lunch got a combo for $12. It was ok. The next day I ordered lunch from Cracker Barrel got the broccoli cheddar chicken, steak fries, and 2 biscuits paid $12 with tip. Guess which was better.

      I don't think so. I think once you're measuring electronically, the spot is where the sensor says it is. So if it says half yard short of the line to gain, that's the spot. Now how that works with scrums and the ball moving on two minute drills and poo is anybody's guess.
