This is wrong in so many ways.  Not only would we give up coveted draft capital, which Fitterer is not going to do unless it's 5th round or below.

Cleveland doesn't want to absorb 13 million or so of Mayfields contract but would take on Jimmy G's 28 Million.

Absolutely makes on sense.

I’d be willing to give up the Jets 2018 first round pick and Tepper’s first head coach pick.  Then it would be about fair.
