Thanks top dawg.

One of the best things about being there was $2.50 mango cart and pernicious. Wish I hadn’t had to drive us back to CLT.

Girls ended up having a good time too.

$2.50 Pernicious!  A sign for $3 Pernicious got my attention at the Black Cat in Boone. I may be driving down next week.

Long time listener, first time caller…

Shuffling of the OL is likely to end in the coming wee or so I would figure. You had 4-5 days to kind of feel out where each person works best. From Monday forward I’m expecting seeing more solidified units besides a shuffle here and there.

You can’t dink and dunk all the way down the field, if you could then Darnold and Bridgewater would both be top 10 QB’s.

99% of the leagues QB’s can check down to a RB for a TD. It takes a good QB to start a drive at their own 20 and lead their team to a TD.

I’m glad a Darnold hitting Hubbard in 7 v 7 redzone drill where the backs will always be uncovered has got you hard, go clean yourself up with a towel and let the rest of us talk about football.

So now Sam doesn't throw deep. Dude. I'm not defending Sam, but you can't lie like this.

Last year we kept shuffling the OL around. This year we have a new OC and OL coach and we're still shuffling the OL around like crazy. Makes sense that the remaining common denominator, who just happens to be the head coach, would be the cause of it.

So they not to find the 5 best guys, just guess at it?

Gotcha.

I mean all the reports to this point are indicating that he’s taking a lot of check downs.

I’m not writing him off and I want to see all the QB’s compete but Sam really has to show that he can stretch the field this year along with making the correct reads and a having a good pocket presence.

I get it’s tough to do that in training camp but for better or worse Baker is at least showing the willingness to sling the ball around (sometimes finding the defense mind you).

I think the preseason games will be the best gauge of where all the QB’s are as there is only so much you can tell from running 7 on 7’s.

Players don't develop under Rhule.

Really? How much proof do you have of this at the NFL level? He's had two seasons, one of which was during a global pandemic with dumbass restrictions in place. So in reality he has had ONE YEAR that was somewhat normal.

You have zero evidence to support this. More Huddle Bullshit.

I’m gonna laugh when PJ walks out of the tunnel Week 1 as the starter

If that’s the case then I can guarantee you that there will not be clear eyes and full hearts… more like weeping and the gnashing of teeth.

    • I fully expect them to pick up his 5th year , and they're waiting for him to put a full excellent consistent season of QB play in year 4 or 5. If that don't happen,  they'll eventually cut ties.  Here's to hoping he just goes on a team in 2026. The worst thing he could do is continue to see-saw us to around .500 records because it might be impossible to replace him at that point unless youre willing to do the veteran qb carousel poo we did from 2019 to 2023.
    • What do you think of Bryce Youngs career thus far? Are you excited about his progress or is it not enough for you? I included a poll of ranking his performance through 3 years thus far.  I personally think he's made some decent progress. Has had some high moments (last half of 2024, Rams game, ATL game in 2025)  but in my mind, those are still outweighed by the many more lowlights thus far (ex turnovers, missed throws, poor decisions)  It's a very mixed bag for me. He's done enough to get a 5th year option but by no means should we lock him in with a 50+ mil a year multi year deal. I want to see him play consistently well for a full year before that happens (yes, I'm still saying that going into year 4. That might be telling).  Just sucks when you see CJ Stroud, Jayden Daniel's, Caleb Williams almost immediately lighting poo up with their arm talent. Maybe Bryce is just an ultra slow burn. I don't know what to think anymore. Guess we're gonna be stuck with him for a whilr unless we end up being bad enough to earn a high pick next year. I doubted it lol. Overall Stats for his career:       ● 14 W - 30L (regular season)       ● 0-1 playoffs record        ● 61.4% completion, 8291 passing yards, 49 TDs, 30 INTs  Year 1:       ● 2 wins, 14 losses      ● 60% completion rate, 2877 passing yards, 11 TD to 10 INTs, 5.5 yards per attempted pass Year 2:        ● 4 wins , 8 losses        ● 60.9% completion rate,  2403 passing yards, 15 TD, 9 INTs,  6.3 yards per attempted pass  Year 3:        ● 8 Wins, 8 Losses         ● 63.6% competition rate, 3011 passing yards, 23 TDs to 11 INTs  Playoffs         ● 1 game in year 3 ( 0 - 1 in playoffs)         ● 21/40 (52.5% completion rate), 264 passing yards, 1 TD, 1 INT.
