If he thinks after giving Rhule 4 QB's that tanking in the draft for a rookie guy is what Rhule needs to be successful...Riot on Mint if we "tank" and Rhule keeps his job because it was "part of the process"

When Tepper gave Rhule that 7 year deal and that off-season press conference last season about the long term process shows that Tepper is drinking the kool-aid. Sad he has Rhule spiked the bowl for the rest of us.

I mean that’s the way the nfl works, that and building an elite team and plug in a vet/high quality no mistakes guy. But more the former.

and the more you try and fight it will cheat codes and short cuts the more the franchise just gets fuged into a hole…that’s what piss poor organizations do, just look around and see it’s like a video game to them

we should’ve fuging tanked to begin with but knowing what Rhule is it’s good we didn’t. Then again the same person who hired Rhule hires the next coach

If you want some good advice on hedge funds, talk to Tepper. Don’t talk to him about owning a NFL franchise because he sucks at it. 
 

Tepper is keeping Rhule because 90% of the fanbase wants him gone.
