I will translate whatever he is saying:

”please for the love of god mr tepper fire me so I can go enjoy this 70 million you gifted me”

..."in Nebraska.  They're waiting for me."

Seriously, I am starting to think he's doing this poo on purpose to get fired so he can get paid out the rest of his contract here while taking a college job.

He breaks every NFL tenet on how to win in the NFL

There is no point in repeating them

His personnel decisions are mind boggling, his game management not there

my biggest suggestion for him is to start wearing sunglasses so National tv doesn’t see how confused he really is

the other truth is in the NFL, usually, the smarter head-coach wins

Yeah but he wouldn’t get paid by both

Depends on any offset language. Not sure if that's common in coach contracts or not, especially if he's fired.

Either way, the contract was incredibly dumb.

Well, I could be wrong, but last I checked, coaches' salaries are fully guaranteed, so if they're fired they get the entire value of that contract.  Nebraska would have to pay him to hire him, so I don't see why he couldn't get paid by both...  and for any human being in that situation, why wouldn't you try to get paid twice?

Not trying to be an argumentative dick or anything, that's just how I've always understood it to be.

    • well i could go on & on but i will just highlight it by saying big difference trust me from the SEC & NFL.it's honestly like comparing apples & oranges especially when you are talking about a  LT. in the NFL you are going up against the most athletic freaks of nature the world has to offer . .the NFL also has much more exotic & complicated defensive schemes than what they are used to seeing at Georgis &  finally but most importantly you have to learn how to master complex bio mechanics where the body kick steps instantly as a reaction to these world class athletes rush without really making a conscious effort it's more of a learned muscle memory  & it can take thousands upon thousands of reps to master rproper technique for a LT in the NFL especially if you are still very raw like Monroe Freeling is    ...just saying
    • All that being the case or maybe being the case, we do not know Wharton’s timetable n the first place. They are being coy about it. Or maybe not. They say week to week the board says he is terminal lol and must be replaced. Who knows? It may or may not warrant a fairly drastic solution.  Walker is a bargain and we are not well stocked at OL despite recent investments. Freeling has yet to have a single padded practice. Too much speculation driving this plan IMO.
    • I would really love to know who’s actually making these moves because it’s weirdly vague who’s doing the hiring and firing.
