Sounds good on paper but much harder in practice.  Also most of that would take a decade of successful football to come about. 

He can't even get the successful football team started much less build any of the other unrealistic horseshit he's laid out.

an interesting outside perspective…he tweets later on that the “rah rah” stuff doesn’t work because players only care about being paid and will only follow you as a coach once you show you’re worth following.

How the hell does Rhule know anything about "Championship Football?" 

If Hoodie wants to give a lecture on championship football, I'll listen.  If Jimmy Johnson wants to talk about it, sure.  I'd be okay with Mike Shanahan talking about it.  Parcells or Gibbs, sure.  If somebody wants to dig up Lombardi's speeches, or Bill Walsh, or Knoll, or Madden, I'll give it a listen.

If Nick Saban wants to deliver one (for college ball), I'll listen.

All those guys have something in common that Matt Rhule does not have.
