Yeah. This is pretty big in my opinion. This level of fan apathy in week 5 is distressing. There was a lot of red in that stadium today  and it was pretty much a neutral site game. Not what you want to see.

Yep and any number of PSLs expire every year and they start trying to get us to renew usually months before they expire

…also not a good look for ole Dave’s money making seats on the field and pay to greet players etc etc

I swear to god, Tepper’s reconfiguring the stadium was the beginning of the end

I miss seeing Cam and others,  giving balls  away to kids. That’s what that stadium used to be about.   No more

you felt you were a part of it, that as a fan you mattered

now, the team and the stadium exper is listless, soulless, passionless, personality less, terrible product  and nothing special

what do I know…I’m just one of those ‘basement dwellers ‘ critical of his head coaching boondoggle

Watched the press conference and it seemed like Rhule was very selective about what he said.

He was asked a few times about his job security and he kept deflecting saying that he didn’t want to make it about him. He wanted to concentrate on the players. Unlike the last few times he said that he was still the Panthers Head coach.

Seem like words from a guy who knows either A)He is on very, very thin ice or B)He knows he coached his last game.

    • Completely agreed.  TBH, we have had so many great players that are in my favorite list, and I hate to narrow it down to one, but Cam is it.  Which is crazy, because you would think it would be more of the guys I grew up watching, but no.  Cam was the single most impactful player to ever out on a football uniform imo.  And like I said in an earlier post, I always felt a kinship with him in a lot of ways…  the way he was treated and judged for the off the field stuff in Florida and having to overcome all of that and fight show at back.  And although I am not a black man, I have always been welcomed by and accepted more by minorities, and thus, I know what it’s like to be judged by appearances rather than the content of your character and who you actually are.  I know what it’s like to be stereotyped and written off or mistreated for your mistakes.  I know what it’s like to be held to a different standard while your peers don’t have to meet that same standard.  So I always related to that.  And the way he came in and just electrified the whole franchise, man…  I still think about it often how much it sucks that because of how talented he was, our staff out so much on him and that ultimately cut his career short.  You’re right, there will never be another Cam…  I think Josh Allen is the closest thing we will see for a long time, but Allen is not the running threat Cam was.  Cam could run you over or around you.  That was THE absolute funnest time to watch our team ever.
    • It definitely needs more specificity than is baked in now.
    • The weirdest encounter I had with a pro athlete was waiting in line at security at Mile High Stadium when I used to get the company suite tickets almost every week because I was the only employee based in Colorado. There's a small checkpoint accessing the suites that virtually no one knows about that you can usually squirt right through. I was standing there and looked over my shoulder and there stands John fuging Elway waiting in line behind me.  This was during the The Golden Calf of Bristol season right before he became GM. I just said "They make YOU go through security?" He's like "Yeah, ain't that a bitch. I literally have a statue out front and I gotta go through security like everybody else." I've heard mixed things about him but he was super nice and down to earth with me that day.
