I think we're on the hook for the prorated signing bonus ($9.8m) but the Cardinals have to assume the 2023 salary of $8.8m and non-prorated bonuses of $3.2m.

Yes.  Which equals roughly 12mil in savings.

But we have the 9.8 in dead cap no matter what.

Now we have one less temple player. NNNOOO. I guess we are not winning the superbowl with 1 less temple player

Good, now let's get rid of most of the other Temple players. One more step of getting out of the Fhule cancer.

This trade brings up a lot of questions about management. Is this a Wilks move or did Fitt do it? Who has the final say in these kind of moves?

No chance Wilks has any "final say" as interim coach.  That's Fitterer/Morgan currently.

But I'm sure everybody was in agreement to get rid of him.

Didnt we pay the bonuses? I dont think the Cardinals are on the hook for 12m. I think its around 5.8m

His cap hit is almost $22M next year, $12M non guaranteed after we pay the $9.7M bonus. Next year they can cut him and owe nothing, pay him the $12M in his current contract, or extend him. Depends on how he plays and the value of the draft pick given up obviously
