But it's working and it's Mayfield doing it. No one is saying he's suddenly an MVP, but he changed teams and suddenly went from worst in the NFL to Teddy-level comptence. Interesting to see.

Easier to do when your defense keeps games close.  We asked him to push ball downfield and he chocked.
