I like the things he's saying the new car smell vibe and the fact that he's a young coach that hopefully will be easy to adapt to different things. But none of that matters if he isn't getting it done scheming against making adjustments against and generally coaching well against other teams and their staff on gamedays. That is all that matters. That's the type of stuff I need to see by midseason. -

if lovie smith doesn't have that Hail Mary, CJ would be a panther. Houston wanted Bryce over CJ. The plan was for Houston to trade to number 1 overall and take Bryce while the Panthers trade up to number 2 and take CJ. That went out the window when Houston backed out at the last second.
