Bye Week - Who Are You Watching?

Pretty good slate from what I saw this morning. Here’sĀ a few I’m paying attention to, especially for keeping our division championship hopes alive.Ā

—Steelers vs. Falcons - hoping the Steelers can hang another loss on the falgoons and help us control our destiny against them as division contenders.Ā

—Skins vs.Ā GiantsĀ - looks like the best game of the day. I don’t really like Daboll’s sideline anticsĀ and IĀ like to see Rivera/Heineke with unexpected success.Ā

—Titans vs. Eagles - I like watching both of these teams.Ā

—DolphinsĀ vs. 49ersĀ - should be a fun one and a good test for the 49ers playoff hopes. Then, there is this RB we used to have.Ā

—Chiefs vs. Bengals - two good teams that may foreshadow a playoff rematch.

— Monday Night - Saints vs. Bucs -Ā Would like to see the Saints steal this, especially on the road,Ā as I don’t think they are a threat for winning the division.Ā
Ā

What games are you going to be watching? Who do you want to win Monday night?

Seriously, I need to find a good game and a good excuse to watch it because Lady Cowboy Fan wants to put up Christmas lights today and I'm not up for it at all šŸ˜•

Yeah, that's what I was gonna have to do yesterday but luck was on my side and half the strands didn't work anyway so she's gonna go get some more at some point.

So my advice? Sabotage your light strands. šŸ˜‚

I’ve got a light happy wife too.

A good fix here for not wasting money on strands: the ā€œLight Fixer Pro.ā€Ā
Ā

I bet I’ve fixed/saved 30 strands now over the past 4-5 years I’ve had it.Ā

    • Not sure who said it first, but Tepper is the correct answer. Still, I'm gonna go with Kasay keeping it inbounds. If, you subscribe to the butterfly effect version of time travel consequences.... When we win SBXXXVIII everybody's lives change: Moose never breaks his leg,Ā We win it all again in 05. Tommy Jone is unknown and Peppers stays home,Ā Champs once moreĀ 2008. No artificial pig heart turning JR into a creepy weirdo, no lockout, no Clausen. Fox and Jake ride off into the sunset on their own terms. No 2-14, no #1 pick. But, no laptop, no Blinn, 3 years behind The Golden Calf of Bristol, we still get Cam. JR let's him grow his locs like he always wanted,Ā Smitty sees Cam in a new light. Dreads swinging, (and Smitty with his 3 Lombardis behind him) Cam is old enough to get those calls. No Manning narrative, Cotchery TD, PI against Talib on Philly Brown,Ā 10,000 RTP calls andĀ Kony Ealy SB50 MVP. No Jeans Fridays, no Tepper. KB doesn't slip on his own meatsweat mid-route in SD,Ā Cam becomes the 1st QB to win 10 straight SBs. Retiring after beingĀ elected 47th president of the US of A, Cam ushersĀ in the Permanent Proletarian Revolution across the globe, Xi Jinping bows in awe. • Yeah your right the owner was copping hand shandies while all this was going downĀ
    • I mean not surprised the Patriots took him in and aren't trying to push him out. They've been the most morally bankrupt team in the NFL for a long while. Wouldn't be surprised if Vrabel has his own dirt on Kraft/Brady and other assholes from that organization over the last couple decades.Ā
