Report: Teams are doing homework on Jim Harbaugh

Let’s see, the stands are fairly empty. Tepper is a business man. I think he will hire a coach that puts asses in seats. Maybe that’s Harbaugh or maybe someone else, I can’t image who else though (Payton will not come here).

I just think his personality is better suited for the college game where it's younger kids who cycle in and out of the program in 3-5 years and that in the NFL his coaching style wears thin on grown ass men over the long haul.

lmao that's not what happened tho

it was Baalke's and York's ego that ousted Jim, not his "abrasiveness".

Politics, not coaching lost the gig.

Yep and it was “leaked” the players were tired of him. Tired of winning? Hell if any players were upset it was the ones wanting to collect a paycheck without putting in the work.

How familiar are y'all with Harbaugh and his antics? You seriously don't understand why that would wear thin in a locker room of grown men?

Apparently not.

I'm also kind of chuckling that the people who think all his problems stemmed from poor / clueless ownership think he'll be an automatic success when paired with David Tepper.

13-3 his first season

44-19 career

He took over a 6-10 team.

He would immediately elevate this franchise.  Wtf are you babbling about?

He would probably be communicating more with Fitts. Who I actually think would work well with him. Fitts seems pretty laid back and that’s what you need with Jim Harbaugh.

    • The trade happened March 10th, a couple days after the combine where Young did little but show up with a lot of water weight. Even with scouting that cuts out all the interviews and private workouts or pro-days that come right after that. The Bears ended up with a good WR and the #1 pick while the Texans got a franchise QB. If the Texans wanted Young they could have jumped a spot so it smells like they knew who the Panthers' target was. They literally traded up to #3 after picking at #2. BS they wouldn't have gotten Young if they wanted him, the Bears could have traded to 2 and then down again for another haul. All the three way trade did was let Houston know what the other 2 where doing which made them think sitting tight the best option.  The rest is normal draft smokescreen. They all lie so much that when they do tell the truth it hard to believe. Hell every one was in consensus over Bryce on the Panthers and then sure as hell was not in a matter of months.
    • Was looking for a good breakdown of the scheme that Evero runs, and found this breakdown. Thought some of you may enjoy. Not certain how many teams are implementing this stuff, but I'm not mad that we are investing in the running game (no matter how boring it may be to play Fox Ball)
    • believed it was Tepper who spilled everything in a press conference regarding the potential 3 way trade with Houston and Chicago. IF Houston stayed or traded up to One, the Panthers were going to take whoever was available between the two. This scenario would have been better since trading up to Two wouldn't have required selling the entire farm and DJ Moore even if we still ended up with Bryce at Two. But anyways, "hindsight is 50/50" - Cam Newton
