Serious question....

Broncos front office had permission to interview Payton, but is it legal for players like Wilson to reach out to a Coach still under contract? Is that not tampering in some form? 

I don't care if they hire Payton, but I would to see them docked more picks for tampering too, f*** the Broncos forever

I read somewhere that he had done it in compliance with the rules.

Apparently when the saints were “in the Russell Wilson” sweepstakes, they never placed a trade offer because Payton didn’t want him.

The irony here is that for the last several years, Russell Wilson has been demanding more say when it comes to scheme selection, personnel choices and coaching staff decisions.  Of all the coaches the Broncos could hire, Sean Payton is the least likely of all of them to welcome Russell's input.

Sean, come to a team with a late first this year (which would go to the Saints) and no second, no first or second next year.  $160m salary is guaranteed to a 35-year old short qb with a 2022 QB rating of 37.0  (ranked 27th in the league).  The other QBs in the division: Herbert and Mahomes--and maybe Carr.  

Russell Salary and poor performance + no draft picks + elite competition at QB in the division.  Sounds too good to be true.

After looking at that, I bet it is Panthers or bust for Payton this year. He’d be better off waiting if we don’t hire him.

      Leaning towards just ordering this tonight, but now I have no idea on size. Has anyone bought a bunch of jerseys in the last few years and can convey how the Game vs Limited vs Reebok versions all fit? These are both Mediums... The white one here is a Reebok one from 2010, and was when they had the "+2 length" on the tag and it was the version with the stitched numbers instead of iron on... the blue one is from 2022 and is the F.U.S.E Limited version also with stitched stuff, not the "game jersey" with the ironed on numbers/letters that they have the T-Mac jerseys in. The old one fits me fine, the blue one was always a tad snug on me, particularly in the shoulders I'm leaning going with a Large based on the CMC, but for all I know, that is made with a tighter cut due to the higher "limited" level and the "game" ones they have for T-Mac are cut more like a T-Shirt and thus will fit more like the old white one I have here, not sure. (and yes, I already tried going to a sporting goods store here to hopefully try on a Lions jersey to see, but they don't have any right now)

      My unbelievable pile is touching the moon now-a-days. Bill is ultra control freak if there was ever one in the NFL, he's the guy. He stayed off SM and hate hate hated the media..........(wow bill what did you do in 2024??!?!?!).  So this guy, 100% control freak, just gave away all his SM to a 24 year old?? He doesn't understand SM at all... This is the same level as 8 time SB winner coming to coach UNC, after all this NIL BS that drove out his other control freak coaching friends.  This time line is insane.
