This is shaping up to be the best coaching staff since........well I need to wait before I see the remaining and need a top tier strength staff as well.....

Id say Philly is the answer......and it just keeps getting better.

Brian Johnson should be a name to watch.....maybe couple days after the SB/

This is where having that fat wallet is where Teppah specializes in. I’m sure Frank, Morgan, Fitt liked the guy, he tells them he has a flight to MN here in a hour and needs to head to the airport, Mr Teppah closes the door and says that won’t be necessary and hands him a blank check

Awesome hire. Very happy about this. I wonder if it means we're moving to a 3-4 front? If so, I'm curious if we seen Brown as a NT or an end.

Stick Marquan McCall in there to take double teams in rotation maybe? Imagine him with good coaching, he's got the size and the motor

digging into Evero now that he's for sure coming and there's so much to like. I love hearing what the players say about him. just really encouraging all around.

one thing in particular that I'm kind of gobsmacked about. the success he had in Denver was with a very, very green staff underneath him. I know the general sense is that part of the appeal of coming to the Panthers was being able to build out his own staff. well check out his staff in Denver:

DLine coach: Marcus Dixon (1 year of NFL position coaching experience)

Inside LB coach: Peter Hanson (3 years of NFL position coaching experience)

Outside LB coach: Bert Watts (1 year of NFL position coaching experience)

DB coach: Christian Parker (2 years of NFL position coaching experience)

assistant DB coach: Ola Adams (first NFL position coaching gig)

that's 7 years of NFL position coaching experience among 5 position coaches. I have to think that's pretty uncommon in the NFL, and he had a really good defense that played together.

now he did have a couple consultant types in Dom Capers and Bill Kollar. but overall, he built a staff featuring young coaches, but with (very) senior NFL people consulting in addition to that. part of that might have been the vision of Nathaniel Hackett, but overall that is a very encouraging sign.

so since Evero presumably has the opportunity to build his own defensive staff in collaboration with Frank Reich who is open about wanting to collaborate on that, there's a decent chance some very junior coaches could be coming with Evero to the Panthers.

really cool!

    • Dude, I think I might be having Jarvy withdrawals... I ripped the sleeves off of all of my t-shirts in my sleep last night. Every bite of my Alpha-Bita cereal spelled Seth, this morning. And, I took 7 naps before lunch. I'm losing it guys! Jarvy's Jaunty Band of Jaggoffs are getting more play than he is... smh Team Canada doesn't treasure Jarvis the way he deserves. He should take his band down to Liechtenstein, get a bag of passports, and start his own Olympic team! The raw animal magnetism of Jarvilicious will bring in a handful of NHLers on its own. And, since the IOC believes in collective punishment, he could have his pick of the rookies. Then, just fill out the rest of the roster with the maple blooded great white northerners who couldn't make the top squad. Can't trust this assembled awesomery to just any old Liechtensteinien with a clipboard and a whistle. Gotta bring in a legend worthy of this gold medal gambit. A hockey HOFer with the balls to buck the system and the aura to match our maverick. Huere geil, Vaduz!!! 2030 Gold Medal guaranteed!
    • Tennessee isn't trading a QB on a 2nd round contract that has starting experience.  That's bad business.
    • OT is the top priority as it is both an immediate and future need.  I wouldn't be past trading up slightly to get the guy we want.  You need that rookie contract right now.  Icky is a dead 17.5 million for the season.  Morton is 20+ mil for the season, Hunt is 20+ mil for the season.  There needs to be forward thinking regarding the future.   Caleb Lomu is a left Tackle, he's a solid prospect, he may be the best pick for us now and in the future.  I would seriously consider cutting Hunt after 2026, and let Lomu and Icky fight for the LT job, loser moves inside.  Icky's future may be at guard after this injury anyway.  If Damien Lewis keeps up his level of play he will need to be paid sooner rather than later.  Yosh and BC can be our top two depth OL at an affordable price.  You will need to look at OT again in 2027. Getting an EDGE for the sake of getting an EDGE outside of the top 10 is pretty risky.  I wouldn't be against eyeing someone like Cashius Howell, Derrick Moore, or TJ Parker in the 2nd (even if we trade a future pick to move up) or DDS in the third. I'd love to see us try to sign both Leo Chenal and Matt Millano in FA.   Chenal for the blitzing element we are missing from our LB corps and Millano for his elite coverage.  They could both work in tandem.  Remember, our FO has deep ties to both KC and Buffalo. I love thinking about the draft, but until Free Agency hits, we are clueless.  Looking at the strength of FA and the draft, OL is priority #1, LB #2, and EDGE #3.  We know what happens to Bryce when protection falls apart.
