Since the position is open now I’d offer it to Dan Orlovsky. He has worked around former General Manager and scout personnel. I think he could fill this position and be good at it.

I just read he turned down Carolina offer for a position in the organization to stay a nfl analyst

This has been expected for a while but it's finally announced as official.

I'd speculated that Campen staying might also mean Robert Kugler gets retained. The article confirms he is indeed also back.

Would have been a position on the coaching staff, not the front office.

If they're looking at anybody to replace Pat Stewart in that spot, I'd look at Morocco Brown from the Colts. He's been listed as a GM candidate for years and he'd have connections with both Reich and Caldwell.

One is a results based, stressfull, time consuming job and the other is a tv analyst on the number one sports tv network is that even a decision. Come on now we all love the panthers but let’s make smart life decisions. Would you rather have daily meetings with Tepper and Frank or Laura Rutledge lol.
