Top five Panthers for each of the 10 seasons (last one being only 8 so far).

Choose players based on performance with Panthers, their influence on the organization.  You can only use player once, can't repeat in another era.  This was tougher than I thought.

1995 - 2004 - Sam Mills, Kevin Greene, Wesley Walls, Muhsin Muhammad, Kris Jenkins

2005 - 2014 - Julius Peppers, Steve Smith, Thomas Davis, Jordan Gross, Jake Delhomme

2015 - 2022 - Cam Newton, Luke Kuechly, Greg Olsen, Ryan Kalil, Christian McCaffrey

That's a pretty solid list there. Maybe Jon Beason? John Kasay possibly? Your choices were very solid and all guys I would have included too.

I can't even do that. Smitty.....Cam ..... Mills....I don't know.

Luke?  If a guy is considered one of the top 2 or 3 players at his position in maybe a generation, I would say he deserves to be up there.  I think Luke ends up in Canton one day.

That's what I'm saying, I don't know. The ellipsis implied there were more I could put in there. Thise weren't the only ones I could consider. Peppers too. Thomas Davis for a lot of the reason Sam Mills is up there, he personified 'keep pounding '.

I can't pick a GOAT. I just can't.

And I won't, dammit. You can't make me. None of you can.

    • Not sure how much he was a long term piece of this team.   Sucks to not have him as part of the rotation.   Looks like it's Lee Hunter time.
    • This post was an error. Oops and sorry for the errors in the previous one. Too slow to edit.   We’ll see what they do.
    • I am not sure he will put the over the games but we’ll probably have them.   Two things I am thinking.  We have 4 preseason games.  All the coaches have enough service time to know the standards that are in place for decades. If I recall it was play your starters just a series to start woth and build it up until week theee where play a lot and you have week four to set hour roster. Evaluate before cuts.   Bevell will certainly have the whole thing down pat.   I’d they don’t do the fries and frie air will worry too. Because it is set up to do that.     I have said since they went t three preseason people have to figure a new way are still feeling it out and trying things.  We don’t have to this year.
