Nah. Corral has yet to score a TD. Luton has. Corral is a jag. Luton is jag. The only starter is Young. But get bent of out shape over a backup yall.

Young. Dalton. Luton/corral/who cares. If we have to worry about a third string then we are fuged anyways.

I saw this thread coming as soon as he threw that TD. Nice moment. With game in the balance proceeded to fail miserably to get us into field goal range on a two minute drill.

I will say in his defense we had the worst incarnation of our oline out there.  Micheal Jordan has used up all his opportunities.   I love Smitty doing the commentary. Jordan getting his lunch money taken. Got stood up there.  Lol. Luton looks the part of a classic statuesque pocket QB. He stayed in the pocket with pressure and made a play or two. Corral didn't get a touchdown but him and Shi were clicking. After Shi flubbed on a play he stepped up his game later.  If Corral or Luton ever see the field during the season it will be a BAD thing. Luton on practice squad and with new rules Corrall will likely get that 3rd spot.

PJ Walker might be better than every QB on the roster not named Bryce Young.  That’s a problem.  Once again.  If you can debate that a garbage QB like him might be better than these dudes.

PJ is playing so poorly in Chicago in games and practices he’s a potential roster cut option despite the two year four million dollar nothing contract. MC has been better than him this football season so far.

    • Some people have been beaten down so long they have no standards. Can't be reasoned with.
    • Getting better, might be fairly charitable. We finished 1-3 with the pressure on. That is for sure not trending up.  I don’t see a clear run of performances that prove he has taken it to another level. Not yet.  I would say he played really well in the WC game. And folded on that last series where we still had a chance. I think he threw one good ball. That last series is the kind of thing a player is supposed to learn from and not repeat. We have to see him do it before we can credit him for doing it.    I would also say he has not done enough of playing at his ceiling and what we should expect as the game in game out norm is still not established.  We gonna get MNF in SF or we gonna get the WC game? Seattle or Atlanta yardage record?   Besides that he has three years of horrendous play to start the season hanging over him. Are we going to get that again or will he be over that? We can’t know that. Mind you, that isn‘t two of three it is three of three he has yet to play well to start the year as a pro. Ofer.    So, many questions remain.    As far as weapons and help… said it before. Fix the OL so we can protect him.  It is time for a 1.1 pick in his 4th season, third year in the same offense, to elevate the players we have given him. You can’t keep up the level of investment dedicated to propping him up, you have to prop up the defense too and get some balance.
    • Yeah, just got back to the house from doing some actual work, hopefully they create some better chances in the second half. 3-1 looks tough for you
