Most Rivera thing ever

Rivera recalled talking to his wife: "All we f---ing talked about was the quarterback, I kept saying, f--k, if I would have known this, I would have played him sooner."

But he DRAFTED Howell, how the hell would he not know his capabilities?  That’s basically admitting incompetence.  You should be taking credit, not acting flabbergasted that you actually got something right.

Also I’ve never seen Rivera blatantly cuss like that, kinda funny to be honest.  🙃

Who is or was Ron’s QB coach and OC?

OC is Bieniemy.

QB Coach I think is one of the Turners but I'd have to look.

Edit: Looked it up. His QB Coach is a guy named Tavita Pritchatd. All his previous coaching experience was at Stanford.

(prior QB Coach Ken Zampese was moved to a senior assistant type position this offseason)

    • When we have everyone playing like they should, we can win the Cup. That has been the biggest problem when we get to the playoffs, but this year seems to be fixed mostly. We could have had multiple if we had done this in the past.
    • Here we go Bryce Stan’s you should love this. Hell it may be one of you.  It has every cliche excuse and then some.  Unintentionally hilarious my limit was reached when he said Bryce had it hard because four play callers.
    • Luke goes in to the specifics of what he looked to accomplish in joint practices.  Basically they may work with someone on the opposing team to stress something they feel is a weakness in their own game in a different way that can be done with someone they are familiar with. That they can have predetermined stresses but since neither wants to get injured and it has absolutely no bearing on anything there is not the level of concern that would be in a preseason game.  He would also even chat with opposing OC.   It seems like an interesting nuance among the vets and savy pros.
