I really want the Prime show to be a hilariously abysmal failure. The way he did those kids when he showed up on campus hasn't drawn nearly enough ire in the media. They're glossing over it.

I realize he is an accomplished athlete but he came in like a complete jerk and basically told those kids they better pack their stuff up and be prepared to leave. I don't blame anyone who left as I would have immediately as well. I swear Deon has some sort of undiagnosed mental condition aside from his extremely huge ego.

He basically came in and told them all they suck and are losers and can get lost and that my kid is gonna be the star and center of attention and that's that. I can't imagine anyone else not getting absolutely skewered by the media for doing what he did. The guy is a POS.

I hope his kid throws four interceptions and loses five fumbles today. 😂

Just heard them say on CFGD that Maye turned down $5million to go play with a national champ contender.   Wow.  Said could not to that to Chapel Hill.  Rare guy.

Alabama is the safe bet. Maye was originally committed to Bama before flipping to UNC (like Howell was originally committed to FSU before flipping). Their QB situation is still very much in flux.

Mack Brown got us Sam Howell. Howell always wanted to play for UNC but the Larry Fedora crew basically didn't give him the time of day. When Brown took over and reached out it was basically a wrap. Then Howell's success as a freshman under Brown got us Drake Maye.

I don't claim them much but 35 point dog alma mater is taking those wolverines behind the wood shed! Go Pirates, had to get that in before we:re getting our shizz pushed in.

Not like Michigan doesn't have a history of getting shocked by a lesser known NC football program on opening weekend.

Of course we did. Did he get Bama or UGA money? I highly doubt it.

I know a unc alum who owns 2 mortgage companies and unc tried to get $100000 from him to fund Mayes nil.   He didn't give it though.   If he didn't get at least north of 500000 then he is crazy.  If Bama was offering 2mil I bet georgia was the 5mil.

    • You’re playing madden we’re talking real football stuff…. He does have you seen his special on internet he def thinks he’s getting paid
    • Without the team having an identity kinda hard to predict what they value.  They either are really trying to build a balanced team, or preparing for another swing at qb if Bryce doesn’t pan out. Seems like we value the o line but the $ spent there has been underwhelming besides Lewis, you could say it’s because of injuries but still hasn’t been worth the investment. as already stated, the whole handling of Bryce young as a whole has been ass backwards, we spent the years we’re supposed to take advantage of having a qb with a lower cap hit, building the team up to be adequate. now It appears, key word appears, the saints have done it correctly, which is painful to even think about. Regardless, I hope the front office has paid attention to qb contracts recently, such as Tua, Kyler, Daniel jones(pre colts) and don’t settle for subpar qb play at franchise qb rates
    • This is the flaw in your logic.  Cutting 3 of our best players will somehow move us from whatever we are to "compete". Even the most Young super fans are not predicting a ceiling above top 10-12, and that will not nearly cut it.  Someone will need to break the log jam of QBs getting nothing or North of 50. Our qb is at best a middle ground, lets hope it will be us that also manage to pay the worth at about 100 over 3 years.  And before you jump me, yes that is only of he improves.
