How did we go from putting up monster numbers with virtually the same offensive line and assistant coach. Is there something wrong with the scheme or is it the players not getting the push they need?

offensive playcalling is the problem now and the oline being dumbasses. Dalton provided stability at the QB position. Young needs to keep sitting and learning and shouldnt be thrown in there in this mess and ruined.

Both guards are hurt and they went from a power-type offense to a zone-stretch, plus Sanders isn't that explosive. I think the guard play is the biggest factor though.

You can't ask Andy Dalton to throw the ball 58 times and expect to win.  Frank gave up on running the ball way too early.  Chuba Hubbard had 1 carry.

Its absolutely mostly scheme, but its also personnel fit.  Whatever theyre asking the OL to do in the run game is not their strengths, and as an extension, what theyre asking Sanders to do behind them is just as bad of a fit.

Remember, how bad our run game looked last year before Rhule was fired?  Then when Wilks took over, they shifted to a different blocking scheme and put Foreman in and started putting up record numbers.  Same guys blocking...  it's mostly scheme.

Miles just literally runs into blockers, Hubbard has some burst but we dont even try to use him.

Strong argument, why not just scheme according to their strengths, look at the tape from last year and introduce the same concepts

Scheme. Playcalls. And predictability.  All that matters. 

89 and commented on it last week. You can’t say a OL can’t run block or a RB can’t run….when opponents know what you are doing.  They are just going to beat you if they know. 

Biggest issue is Frank Reich.  His predictable calls.  Too much shotgun.  And you can’t do what he has done these past two weeks running just Miles.  It makes it even more comical.  Hubbard is now a tip.  It’s a pass play.   Every time for 2 weeks.   Frank’s poo play calling was aided week 1 because there  at least was some uncertainty about run/pass with Hubbard.
