As a bills fan losing Milano is a massive hit and I doubt chinn could fill those shoes but I’d love to see him try and Buffalo likes smaller LBs. Doubt they offer more than a 4th

I can see a fourth may be a third, but I would figure that the bills are looking just for defensive players in general because when you had to sign Josh Norman on the street, it just shows that the situation is becoming sort of dire

thats a idea, but why would they offer their 50ish 2nd rounder for a FA that spent the whole off-season as a NB??. I know they lost a stud CB and stud MLB. To me dropping chinn into a new unit would be more problems than answers.

I’m not well-versed in the current make up on the defense side fot  the bills, but haven’t. They lost quite a few defensive players included depth pieces over the past few weeks?

Yep let’s trade Chinn, another really good young defensive player. The Carolina Expos continue.

The defense staff is only playing him 61% of the snaps for some reason. No clue why youd wouldnt have that number at 100%... but theyve had 5 games and deem him only NB base worthy...

Id say his value is about at its lowest point after that ROTY season(FU NFL for giving that to bum young)

Trading Chinn to a team like the bills for their 4th round pick would be incredibly dumb. Stop giving away our young good players.

Hes not being used much and hasnt been good for us since his rookie year because he isnt being put where he should be which is at SS. He shouldve been our SS and we shouldve gone after someone else other than Bell, but now that we have, getting any asset for him would be good. He isnt even one of the 2 starting strong safeties on the field this year after Woods got hurt.

Yes some of the best players and best pass coverage players. milano was the best coverage LB and white was able to hold most #1 in check. Huge loss more than horn&shaq.

Dorian Williams is going to blossom methinks—they’re in decent shape although Milano is a huge loss. They got a really good LB from Tulane. Him and Spears were the two that were responsible for beating Caleb and USC in last years bowl game. And Pratt. Love me some Michael Pratt

If we're not going to use Chinn, we HAVE to trade him, even more so than Burns.

At least with Burns, if we don't trade him before the deadline, we can tag him and trade him in the offseason.

But if we don't play Chinn, he's gone, 100%, he'd have no reason to want to come back here after they refused to use him this year and how bad we are.  Lots of teams out there will know what he can do if used properly and he'll have suitors lined up around the block to sign him.

I'd hate it as I love him, I think he's one of our better players and should be on the field for all snaps, but they don't seem to have any plan for him, which is baffling to me.

    • Same, I expect this game to be the one where fans really riot Knowing us...  -Jalon Walker/JPJr. get at least 3 sacks -Jessie Bates gets an INT -Michael Penix throws at least 3 TD passes -XL drops at least 2 passes
    • I realize we were down 24 points when the Carolina Panthers touched the ball  for the first and only time  in the 3rd quarter...and they went on a 14 play checkdown drive taking the exact plays the Cards wanted them too and gave them overall.  and now you got folks cherry picking random plays asking how could it be garbage time if the Cards weren't in prevent on a 3rd down short yardage play or on the goal.  all you got do to is just watch the game live on repeat and not listen to the announcers.
    • Just my opinion, so take it for what it's worth. I think Bryce decides who he's throwing to before the snap too often instead of reading what he sees post snap. Now alot of that is trying to influence the safety, but if the safety doesn't bite, he gets stuck and it turns into Bryce trying to make a play off schedule as the other options are gone. Cam did the same thing when Kelvin and Smitty were in the game. Bryce sees the field. He just gets a little stubborn sometimes. And that's when he gets himself into trouble. That and he doesn't trust guys to make plays on 3rd down. Instead of throwing to the open guy and letting them get the remaining 3-5 yards for the first, he'll wait until he can throw a guy to the markers. I don't think those physical limitations that keep being brought up is that real for him. Well... until he gets tackled and fumbles the ball at an alarming rate. But he has a strong enough arm, sees the field, and doesn't get injured by regular hits.
