Fitt should be fired for not trading Burns to the Rams or at least to the Bears to keep DJ.  Reich should be fired on the field goal choice last night alone lol.  But in serious I just don't see anything from either worthy of keeping them around.

The mismanagement of those last three plays was almost high schoolish.  You would certainly expect more from a supposed experienced staff.  It's like fourth down sneaked up on the staff.  How can you not plan ahead?   You have a poor OL, WRs that struggle to gain separation, and an inexperienced rookie QB who has not played well.  Down by three, it's 1st and 10 on the 41.  The first priority is to get yourself into a position where you can at least feel pretty good about tying it.  Then you work your way toward a TD from there.  Three straight pass plays later (one deep and one ill advised) and you are spotting up for a 59 yarder.  All they needed was about five yards to have a realistic shot of a successful FG.  Five yards in three plays is not much to ask, particularly when you blow a timeout to try to make sure you have your ducks in a row.

So the WRs are gaining enough separation, huh, Frank?

And Frank continues to laud Bryce.

And then Thomas Brown said this week he is "not concerned at all" about protection, especially on third down.

So where does the blame lie, Frank, for a team that ranks 30th in total offense, 26th in yards passing and 30th in allowed sacks?

Lemme throw out another theoretical possibility for in-season change...

Thomas Brown could potentially be relieved of his duties...and replaced with Jim Caldwell.

To be clear, I'm pointing that out as something that could happen as opposed to something that should, but the merits of such a move might bear discussion.

Frank seems like the type that will fall on the sword for his guys. He basically did that by taking the bullets in the early season and then trying to set TB up for success against the soft part of our schedule (after a bye).

I am willing to bet not a damn person is fired today or the rest of the season unfortunately.

There is a case to be made that it wouldn’t help anything and maybe GM/Coach together when the year finishes.

I don’t know what to think I have never seen such a group of highly qualified people fail in concert so fast and totally. This is not a normal thing we are seeing and it just gets my radar up for some type of foul play. Too many weird questions can be raised about about this death, if I am a homicide detective lol.

My first reaction week 1 was they have already tanked the season, they don’t care about winning. They are just using the whole deal as practice.

I know how crazy that sounds.

    • Just going off the draft sims and he's always sitting around 20 lol. First year in a while where we haven't been thinking about the draft already in late October so haven't really looked into the top 15-20 picks yet. Also the qb class is super weak so he probably will sneak up into 10-15
    • I fully expect them to pick up his 5th year , and they're waiting for him to put a full excellent consistent season of QB play in year 4 or 5. If that don't happen,  they'll eventually cut ties.  Here's to hoping he just goes on a team in 2026. The worst thing he could do is continue to see-saw us to around .500 records because it might be impossible to replace him at that point unless youre willing to do the veteran qb carousel poo we did from 2019 to 2023.
    • What do you think of Bryce Youngs career thus far? Are you excited about his progress or is it not enough for you? I included a poll of ranking his performance through 3 years thus far.  I personally think he's made some decent progress. Has had some high moments (last half of 2024, Rams game, ATL game in 2025)  but in my mind, those are still outweighed by the many more lowlights thus far (ex turnovers, missed throws, poor decisions)  It's a very mixed bag for me. He's done enough to get a 5th year option but by no means should we lock him in with a 50+ mil a year multi year deal. I want to see him play consistently well for a full year before that happens (yes, I'm still saying that going into year 4. That might be telling).  Just sucks when you see CJ Stroud, Jayden Daniel's, Caleb Williams almost immediately lighting poo up with their arm talent. Maybe Bryce is just an ultra slow burn. I don't know what to think anymore. Guess we're gonna be stuck with him for a whilr unless we end up being bad enough to earn a high pick next year. I doubted it lol. Overall Stats for his career:       ● 14 W - 30L (regular season)       ● 0-1 playoffs record        ● 61.4% completion, 8291 passing yards, 49 TDs, 30 INTs  Year 1:       ● 2 wins, 14 losses      ● 60% completion rate, 2877 passing yards, 11 TD to 10 INTs, 5.5 yards per attempted pass Year 2:        ● 4 wins , 8 losses        ● 60.9% completion rate,  2403 passing yards, 15 TD, 9 INTs,  6.3 yards per attempted pass  Year 3:        ● 8 Wins, 8 Losses         ● 63.6% competition rate, 3011 passing yards, 23 TDs to 11 INTs  Playoffs         ● 1 game in year 3 ( 0 - 1 in playoffs)         ● 21/40 (52.5% completion rate), 264 passing yards, 1 TD, 1 INT.
