Do you watch CJ Stroud and wonder ‘what if’?

Or QBs who are 2nd in the NFL in passing yardage. It's not like I'm begging for a Mac Jones here.

But keep hoping Bryce hits puberty I guess.

Being delusional doesn't make you a better fan. It just makes you delusional.

You still on this Sam Howell poo bro? He has legit receivers. I’m done talking to y’all about Bryce until we assemble a NFL caliber team around him.

Muh QBR!!! That's what you're going to cling to? Some arbitrary formula?

How's Bryce's QBR looking?

I don't hide my UNC fandom. It's just hilarious you're trying to act like some rational fan when clearly just being a hater.

Like you’re literally rooting for mid. I bet you wanted Sean May to be a Bobcat too, huh?

Yes, because when we draft a #1 overall pick it is widely expected they need a full team of amazing players to even look competent

I do think about it.

It just speaks to Teppers personality and that he somehow knows better or has to go against the grain to prove something.

In order for Bryce to be worth the trade he has to be THE statical outlier for his size . He has to be a borderline HOF.

All he had to do was let Frank take Stroud. Or resign Wilks and let him take Stroud and keep our run first /deep shot philosophy. Something that the roster was built to do.

But he has to be a meddle and an idiot.

None of that is Bryce’s fault btw.

    • To me, this seems like they feel they aren't going to be competitive. I can't help but go back to Bryce. Good guy, but he doesn't inspire people to give it their all. He isn't a "leader" that people look to. There is no Smith, Delhomme, Kuechly, Cam, etc. coming in that door.  It has to be Bryce, but biologically speaking, how often is the shortest man in the room going to command the kind of respect that will drive people? It just isn't. That isn't how we are wired. That isn't how any living animal on Earth today is wired.  I just follow the science guys.
    • Vick's issue with Reid was that he couldn't take a hit, and he wouldn't go down. Otherwise he was pretty good much of the time.  Mahomes has a system that works. Mahomes doesn't become Mahomes elsewhere because not everyone can extract 125% of the ability of a specific player like Reid can. Kevin O'Connell is beginning to look like he has that ability as well but I'll need to see how he does with his Redshirt Freshman.  I also wonder how much of their playoff issue last year was related to the offense as a whole and not just Darnold. Fans don't really dive into the "why" things happen, they just see the what and complain about it.
